I went specifically to this place cuz they said it would take my insurance. It was pricey. Didn’t take my insurance like they said they would :(

My experience each time has been amazing. They team has always been professional and remarkably understanding.

We were in a predicament and you helped us out and got my husband to a wonderful dentist in 30 minutes. Thank you so much!

I'm happy I called, they put me with a great Dentist. The Dentist was Very sympathetic, clean, quick, nice. So happy they were open to see me for my emergency. I highly recommend calling and My new Dentist took away all my Dentist fears.

Representative gave me an office that supposedly was 9 miles away from my location.... It was 1 hour and 10 min away!!

The representative was rude in comparison with past experiences.

My son had a dental emergency during the COVID-19 outbreak. ALL dentist offices were closed around me. I called this number and not only did they take FOREVER getting me information, they only recommended one dentist and they apologized because they were closed. They knew my son was bleeding from his mouth and took the time to keep reading from the script about "How they worked with this dentist for years...etc." It was incredibly frustrating with absolutely no solution provided. I ended up finding a dentist myself. This was completely pointless. You'd think that if you're going to be referring dentist offices they'd have a list of who was currently open.

I could barely understand who I was talking to a d had to repeat myself several times.

They were able to find me a dentist immediately on a Saturday when the entire state of OH is shutdown for the corona virus. They were able to reinstall my front tooth crown that broke out of my mouth, and will help me if I need additional work if the bond doesn't hold, as my tooth broke at the root. They did a FANTASTIC JOB!, I was really impressed. Would give more stars if I could!
