Poor organising skills
Poor organising skills, ambigous on pick up locations and number of pallets. I have been asked to book our pick ups which we did then turns out our pallet has been incorrectly been picked up and moved to another location so required a second booking. No apology emails for their mistakes. We have requested them to affix a connote label for our transport company to pick up which their response was "The depots don't do labelling or if so, it would require extra costs. Please have your driver attached the labels once picked up."
Yet they loaded it to a random truck. Very professional!!!
In case someone would like to discuss my review to improve your customer service I am happy to share the correspondence I had with your office staff for this experience.

Thank you for leaving a review Taha. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and thank you for our conversation where we explained what had transpired. While we accept that there were contributing factors to the issues that transpired during these deliveries, including another transport provider collecting your pallet, we do not control the depot as this is a prepaid shipment sent by the supplier, which used their nominated freight forwarder including the depot in Australia. We only completed the customs clearance and the handover of paperwork once available for delivery. Regarding the labeling of pallets, most depots will incur a cost to complete this task. In the future, if we can arrange the movement of the ocean freight we would use our nominated depot which could enable us to arrange the labeling.
