Vereinnahmte Mieten werden nicht ausgezahlt!
Angeblich gibt es Auszahlungsschwierigkeiten mit dem Buchungssystem, mit der Konsequenz, dass Vermieter seit mehreren Monaten kein Geld mehr bekommen. Ich warte auf über 1500€ von mehreren Buchungen. Ich kann nur allen Vermietern empfehlen, Ihre Unterkünfte zu deaktivieren.
Update: Nach gut 2 Monaten wurde jetzt alles ausgezahlt. Somit wird das Portal wieder glaubwürdiger und ich habe die Unterkünfte wieder aktiviert.
Hopeless...
Many hosts have given up but I hope we continue to fight and not let 9flats win. We can't just let them keep all those money that people worked so hard for.
Still waiting for my payment...
As a host I didn't recieved my payment for a booking that I had in august. After sever "automatic" answers with dodgy "issues with the payment system" excuses, I am still waiting. Run away while you can.. They don't even answer the phone.

Hosts and Guests who are victims of this scam need to work together and spread the word and make sure no one else becomes a victim! They need to go down to 1 Star here on TrustPilot because no one trusts them anymore and that's what this page is all about.
9Flats dosn´t pay the hosts since some month.
9Flats zahlt die Gastgeber nicht mehr aus. Das Unternehmen schuldet mir mehrere 1000 €. Inakzeptabel und kriminell!
Can't be trusted anymore
Like others, many delays and excuses regarding late payments. Today they actually asked me to stop emailing about the funds they owe me. They don't take phone calls. I heard they bought Wimdu. Perhaps with hosts cash! No communication, we have to chase them.
Update: I started to contact upcoming guests. 9Flats response was to cancel all reservations and we can't log in. Those poor guests have been told that we cancelled. Shocking behaviour. I hope it hasn't destroyed their holiday to London.
Update: So we contacted future guests to explain the situation. 9flats responds to guests and states that they "don't know why the host is cancelling". Then they cancelled the reservation from their end and invoiced us cancellation fee's.

DIFFIDATE DA 9 FLATS!!!
L'esperienza come proprietario con questo sito per case vacanza,in circa 4 anni e' stata negativa in quanto a prenotazioni ricevute,infatti sono state soltanto 2.
Il funzionamento di questo sito di proprieta' tedesca è questo:
La societa' incassa la provvigione da turista e proprietario al momento della prenotazione effettiva.Il contante dovuto al proprietario viene prelevato sempre dalla societa',dalla carta di credito del turista,il giorno del check in.Il proprietario viene liquidato di norma dopo 48 ore dal check in.
Attualmente hanno a loro dire dei problemi tecnici con i pagamenti automatici,per cui ho un ritardo di un corrispettivo di piu' di un mese.Il loro call center non risponde mai.Arrivano solo email di risposta alle mie sollecitazioni,nelle quali si scusano per l'accaduto,ma senza specificare quando avverranno effettivamente i pagamenti.Diffidate dall'iscrivere una casa a questo sito inaffidabile.Probabilmente dovro' fare una denuncia.Uniamoci tutti in una vertenza collettiva contro questa societa'!

Finalmente,con ben 3 mesi di ritardo,ho ricevuto le mie spettanze.Oggi stesso ho cancellato definitivamente il mio account e le mie inserzioni da 9flats,dopo averli messi fuori pubblicazione in questo lasso di tempo che non venivo pagato.Questa situazione e' stata fonte di stress per me e la mia famiglia,per cui non modifico la mia opinione su questa pessima organizzazione.Ironia della sorte il loro responsabile dell Call center e' diventato Managing director dopo l'accordo con Wimdu,quindi ha fatto anche carriera alla faccia dei poveri host e turisti malcapitati!!!
Non pagano i proprietari di casa.
Il proprietario dell'alloggio da me prenotato mi ha contattato l'ultimo giorno chiedendomi di lasciare immediatamente l'appartamento perchè non aveva ricevuto i soldi che io avevo già pagato a 9flats!!

Delist your properties. They can't possibly continue on with their business with all this mess. Let's just hope that hosts and guests waiting for their refunds will get their money back. Emails are totally ignored now.
Solved! More then 2 months behind on pay-outs
Update November 9. Payments have been received! We highly appreciate that 9flats could in the end solve their payout issues and have adjusted this review to 5 stars again. Thanks, 9flats!

Unfortunately we can certify pay-outs from 9flats are delayed by over 2 months.
This is why we at BookingTeam.com have decided to stop connecting to 9flats immediately.
We advised future guests to get back their funds from their bank and make a new reservation using a different service.
This appears to be the most adequate way to protect both guests and hosts in this situation.
Best of luck to all hosts that are awaiting pay-outs for already checked in reservations i hope everyone will eventually get paid.

Leider zahlt 9Flats eingenommene Kundengelder nicht an seine Vermieter aus. Wir haben bereits mehrfach an 9Flats geschrieben und bekommen immer so eine standartisierte Antwort:

As my colleague already explain you we are dealing currently with a very uncomfortable situation. Our system responsible for all payouts is down and our finance department is making all the payouts manually, which as you can imagine is a very time consuming process. We doing everything we can to speed it up but due to a high amount of payouts it might take few days.
I promise that once I have more information I will keep you updated and I can insure you that we are doing everything we can to solve this uncomfortable situation as soon as possible.
If there is anything we could help you with, just let me know.

Fakt ist, dass das Hamburger Unternehmen elementare Teile des Unternehmens an eine Singapur Ltd. verkauft hat. Die GmbH die anscheinend die Kundengelder kassiert hat, zahlt sie nicht an seine Vermieter aus. Juristisch steht die deutsche GmbH aber noch auf den Abrechnungen. Das ganze sieht nach Wirtschaftskriminalität aus, so dass Anzeigen gegen den GF folgen müssen.

Sono un proprietario di un appartamento è da più di un mese che non ho ottenuto il pagamento di un soggiorno. Con varie scuse non danno tempi certi sul pagamento causato dai nuovi sistemi informatici di 9 flats.

Hurt by 9Flats not paying you for stays booking at your places? There is puzzling news. 9Flats is said to have acquired Wimdu. Where did they get the money given that they aren't paying their property managers?? Let's hope this was a temporary glitch and the combined huge listing web site will now pay all outstanding debts to the property managers that trusted them. Please contact Vreasy if you are still waiting to be paid. We have a list of property managers waiting too.

Don't rent any apartment and house on this page. I wanted to book apartment in London via 9.flats.com. Im interested about Big penthouse with 5 bedrooms and hot tube in London. The owner named Giulia write me about price, availability, location and others important things. I was send money 1280EUR for booking and then she don't write anything already, on 9 flats.com she deleted this property and no words, no mails, no phone nothing. On 9 flats .com are thieves. Be carefull. I have never had experiences like this on other pages like homeaway, holidayslettings, airbnb, booking,com . 9 flats.com never more

Aware 9Flats!!! They have stolen almost 750€ for the booking. Almost 3 weeks waiting. And now they even dont reply to messages!

9flats zahlt wieder aus, nach fast einem halben Jahr.
Bei uns wurden alle Außenstände auf einmal beglichen.
Ich drücke allen die Daumen, dass sie auch zu ihrem Geld kommen.
