Simon and Acom were helpful and swift in sorting and qualifying a tenant for my property. Everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently and the tenant is now signed up and happily in the accommodation.

Extremely unprofessional company. We found a property through OpenRent, which was managed by ACOM Property. On the day that we went to view the house, we were greeted by Simon who straight off the bat apologised as his son "needed a s***" and was going to do this in one of the house's toilets whilst we viewed the property. Unfortunately, this meant that we were unable to view one of the bathrooms during the viewing.

We were very aware that the landlord was looking for someone to move in earlier than we were able to, but Simon assured us that he would talk to them and get back to us. The day after, he contacted us asking what we thought of the property, which we said that we really liked but were aware of the issue with the moving-in date. He said that he would be in touch. A few days later, he sent another message saying that he would have an answer for us by the end of the week. By the next week we had heard nothing, so chased him and he said that he had still not heard anything. A few days later, we saw that the property had been taken off the market, so contacted him again to double-check that our offer had not been accepted. His reply to this was that negotiations were still ongoing and to wait. After that, we heard nothing from him or the company and the property showed up as let on the website. Whilst I completely understand that sometimes things fall through, I do not think it is professional to keep asking someone to wait for a response when you know that someone else's offer has been accepted. Simon's communication throughout was erratic, and not what you would expect after reading through the other reviews.

Due to our landlord selling our house we had to move and fast, we looked at so many houses with so many letting agents, we came across open rent and I admit I was sceptical and cautious as had never heard of them to be honest so didn’t know what to expect. Absolutely blown away by how good they have been so far, the communication from simon and the landlord is so good and makes it more personal as they forward messages on to the landlord. It’s 3 days until we move in now and they have gone above and beyond to take the stress out of everything and reassure you and even set you up with a department that will help you switch all your suppliers over and even try find the cheapest suppliers in your area. I can not fault them in any way. The agents are polite and friendly and professional and if recommend them to anyone.

I can highly recommend Simon and ACOM, For Any issues on the property, Simon responds quickly and fix the issue immediately, His guidance and support after moving the property are awesome. Simon thanks for all your support and you made us, more comfortable in the new property.

I've been renting with ACOM for around 15 months. I can't praise Simon and his team enough. Quickest rental process I have ever navigated through. Property is to a fantastic spec, and nothing has been too much trouble. Very supportive and stable landlords. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic service from Acom Property

Simon and Terry have been amazing in helping source a tenant, tie up snags before tenant moved in as well as providing advice and guidance every step of the way. The sign up process with them is simple and speedy, with access to everything I need at any time through their ACOM Landlord Portal. They have really gone above and beyond and already excited to get another property managed with them.

I've been renting from Simon and ACOM for 6 months now and he has been very helpful, reachable and immediate to respond for any issues I experienced, especially in my early days in the property but also moving forward. Highly recommended.
