The logical ability test by Alva is a smooth experience for the test taker, with clear instructions, intuitive interface and a straightforward process.

Very easy to do

I had a great time with the logical test and the questions were quite engaging but for the personality test, I felt that most of the questions were repetitive, so those can be improved. Overall, I had an awesom experience taking both tests.

It was easy to understand, but some of the questions were a bit to complicated.

I took a logical test and a personality test and I believe that both were well calibrated for the application.
I find myself quite in agreement with the results, and overall I found these 20 minutes entertaining.

It was a nice test to do for a first acquaintance of the company with me. The Logic Test needs extra focus in order to give correct answers, some of them needing more time to solve than the 2 minutes given.

I recently completed both the personality and logic tests through Alva Labs and found the entire process to be very user-friendly, clear, and professional. The questions were well-designed, and the interface made it easy to concentrate. Although I was not selected to move forward in the recruitment process, I truly appreciated the transparency and structure Alva Labs brings to candidate assessments. It felt respectful and fair throughout.
