Great service. Jeff was informative, attentive and kind. The negotiation with his “boss” felt condescending and rude. We got to the place I was comfortable, but I felt put off. This was my second purchase at AL Turnersville. I’m disappointed in the overall experience

I purchased a nice truck and paid top dollar for it. The next day I noticed that one of the options I really wanted was advertised on the paper but was not on the truck. I contacted the salesman and he said they have a disclaimer that says there may be a mistake as advertised and the option may not be on the Vehicle.
So I was mad with that answer and the next day he called and said he felt bad about the situation. He contacted the owner of Auto lenders and was told to tell me they will make good for the option to be installed (if I split the cost) and the option was only $350. After I paid top $$ for the Truck one would think they would be glad to install the option to satisfy a customer the day after he purchased the truck from them. Never again would I purchase a Vehicle from Auto Lenders, be aware!!

I went on line to get an offer on my vehicle. They offered one price on line n then as soon as you move forward, the price drops by thousands! No change on the vehicle specs… they just change their minds? Just bad business!

Everyone was personable and helpful. Glad to upgrade our growing family into a minivan!

I had an Appointment at the Lakewood store and it was a disaster. I want to buy a Suburu. I agreed on 10/14 to buy the car on 10/17/23. i went to bank monday got a bank check and the appointment was set with my salesman OWEN and he said he was getting the car detailed and ready for me appointment was set for 5pm. got a phone call at 1pm that they sold the car to someone else. Never seen this happen and the I dont give a crap attitude that followed from the sales manager was unreal. His response "We do not hold cars for anyone." I recently went to Auto Lenders to buy a used car. The process was quick and painless, and they had fantastic deals on their used cars. Also, the car runs really well.

I put down more than half of what the car was worth as a down payment. With the hidden fees, my loan reached almost the full original price. My car had all sorts of issues. Loose motor mounts, bad brakes, tires, rotors. It would shake violently on the Parkway which I didn't test drive on because I didn't want to cost Autolenders any tolls. I thought I'd be nice. But they weren't nice to me. The added fees were never disclosed to me. I was also told I had a lower monthly payment than I actually do.

Was given a competative quote on line. Called to confirm and spoke with a bait and switch Algo agent. Took my information again, put me on hold and came back with a $2400 lower price. Note: He never saw the vehicle.
I went to Carmax who gave same price as them with the initial quote, and totally followed through.
This company does not act honorable.

Sold my car to Auto Lenders. It was quick and easy. Got my price. The people were so helpful. Dropped my car off and picked up my check. I highly recommend them to anyone selling their car.

I had some issues with the Kari purchased. sharon Good from the main office was extremely helpful in getting the issues resolved. A good faith effort was made to stand behind the car they sold.
