Great product but very poor customer service. I've sent a few messages trying to get a response and I feel completely ignored.....

I haven't even bought anything from BALANZI, but after reading those reviews, hell yea, my son is going to be happy. I don't think, straight up, that I have ever seen a company that goes so far out of it's way to make a client happy. And you know what? I'd bet money that BALANZI will become the GO TO for anything you want but can't afford. You cannot tell the difference, unless you are one of those who has to see a stamp. Balanzi, you need to make your own stamp. The junk sellers will hate you !!!! lol, have a good one ! ~Ann

I had shopped around jewelry online. Balanzi chains and bracelets are my favorites to wear. They looked genuine elegant and sophisticated. Customer service respone is quick and receptive. They replaced my 12mm to 8mm smoothly.

This is the first time I’ve ever bought a new chain so I decided to get a new wrist band also but the wrist band was the wrong size so I figured I was going to have a bunch of problems trying to get it exchanged but not at all with these great people at Balanzi’s they told me to keep the one I had and they would send me a new one that was the right size and they did and this is all in a matter of about a weeks time they look great and there customer service is super cool couldn’t ask for anything better.

I finally received the Cuban 8mm bracelet several days ago. I immediately put it on as once I said, “I never take them off.” Balanzi’s continued search for excellence in their product is admirable, combined with their guarantee of product satisfaction, it’s unequally the best I’ve seen.
