Can not fault the service these guys give,was contacted day before arrival in benidorm as well as departure with times of pick ups,mark and Ian are lovely guys and full of info about benidorm,will 100% recommend them and will be using again next year,

Top service from our drivers Mark and Ian. Great communication before we flew out and messaged us the day before we flew home with pick up time. Very friendly and polite drivers. Mark even drove us to pick our keys to our apartment. Lovely comfortable vehicles. Thank you guys. 👍👍

Ian our driver was absolutely fab! Text the day before to confirm pick up and gave clear directions to where the bus would be parked at Alicante. En route, he showed us some points of interest and gave us loads of details about Benidorm, including a little tour en route to our hotel pointing out some bars and reminding us of the Covid restrictions. On pick up, Ian reconfirmed pick up time and arrived on time and again was friendly and chatty back to the airport. Great price for a great service. 10/10 would recommend

Recieved Mark's number from a friend, he responded straight away and was available for when we needed him, I checked in the day before leaving and all was confirmed and ready to rock, the worse thing is they actually turned up on time to take us home 😥 . Spot on service and couldn't recommend him more.

We booked benibus for our transfer to Benidorm and on our arrival at alicante Airport the driver was waiting for us as instructed at the bus parking area. He loaded all our luggage whilst we got the first bit of the sun of our holiday☀. We had a great transfer and professional service door to door and Mark the driver was great at recommending places and knew his way around which put us at ease through whole process. I was worried about getting our group to and from Benidorm with little ones and all their equipment. I am so grateful we found Benibus! It was completely hassle free and we were taken straight to our hotel, and picked up there, too. No dragging our cases (and toddlers!) to a local pickup/drop off site.
Our driver knew the area well and gave us some great tips and suggestions on kid-friendly places.
Can't recommend them enough!
