I would like to clarify that there is no advertised claim that the test is free. We have clearly mentioned on our home page that the final type result is available for free (you receive an email or SMS with type result), but for an in-depth and comprehensive report, there is a cost associated. This is to cover the costs of developing, maintaining, and improving the high-quality tests and reports we provide.

I understand your disappointment and I assure you that we are not trying to scam anyone. The charge is only for those who opt for an extended PDF version of the report, which goes above and beyond the free final type result.

That being said, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In order to rectify this situation, we would like to offer you the extended results free of charge. Please send us an email at enya.coach@enneagramtestqueen.com and I will personally ensure that you receive all extended results.

We want to ensure you that it is not our intention to mislead anyone. We aim to provide a comprehensive enneagram test, and while detailed results do come at a cost, we always provide the basic enneagram type result free of charge if you leave an email after completing the test.
