Payment taken, no response. Website down. Will go through Mastercard although must wait 30 days.

Ordered item, not delivered can’t get on their website, they haven’t responded to emails fraud company, will be claiming my money back through my bank

Scammed.
Site looked legit. Ordered camera £300 and received confirmation email and tracking number. Checked couple days later and google wont allow me to enter website.
Should have checked on here first!
Reported toy bank who thankfully refunded and are investigating!!

Purchased a Xmas gift and with little time left, it hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed several times and no response at all. Taking people’s money under false pretences is fraud by false representation and today I will be reporting it. You have absolutely no morals!!

Wow what a company doing this to people just before Christmas. I ordered a Segway Go Kart Pro 2 from this company which never turned up. Never get scammed but first for everything. My bank are investigating this at the moment. One thing I will say what goes around comes around and it will come for everyone involved with this company that has scammed Hard working people from their hard earned cash. WOW is all I can say right now

Ordered from here and spent nearly £500.
Email communication with 'Joe' was ok at first although alarm bells started to ring when they said they don't use tracked delivery to save on cost.
Not heard a peep since, delivery date has passed and the website and WhatsApp number have both been taken down.
My bank have started the chargeback process thankfully so I should get a refund.
Hopefully karma comes round to bite this lot on the backside.

Edit - refund received. Not sure if that's from the bank sorting it out for me or the company decided to refund from my email request. Either way... Phew! Lesson learnt!

Owners Rishu Goyal and Joseph Quirke have closed the website and stolen everyone’s money. The company have deleted their website and contact numbers have been disconnected. Seems like the owners have a bit of form for it. 3 companies with similar names on companies house and 2 dissolved.

My item is late and I can't get hold of anyone to discuss this with. Poor service

Ordered a Bose Cd player had tracking number tried to go onto site this afternoon using Google kept getting blocked 403 forbidden message stating scammers ay attack the read other users all the same.

What I can't understand is why when I used Google at the beginning of the week to go onto this site and it was any times at least 8 times did I not get blocked thus save me time money and frustration

Dont order from here! Ordered a bbq smoker as there also a storage place, took my money now there website is down, number is deadline, emails are not answered and whatsapp is unreasonable!!!
I dont know what these people are saying there happy, clearly them writing it

Ordered a Lego Train set for Christmas from Birch and Yarn.

A few days later was unable to onto the website to find shipping details.
It’s a scam site.

Fraudulent site.

Received an email 3 days after ordering advising that this is a scam website and orders are not fulfilled and staff not paid (as previous reviewers have stated).

A search of Companies House states that none of the Birch and Yarn companies employ staff which is suspicious for a website running a warehouse in Lincolnshire and a Company Director living in India!

Have reported via Bank and Klarna - be aware that payment agents such as Klarna will have paid 100% to the retailer so you will have to wait for non delivery (usually accepted as 7 days with no communication) before agents will place payments on hold as a possible fraud. Therefore important to notify your bank as well.

Filed a fraud report to Report Fraud under ref RF25120025561C

shocking company doesn’t even pay their staff, hence their crap customer service! no one works for free… awful person with false promises! avoid at all costs!
