Everything was very easy to do, from picking the test I wanted, downloading the forms and getting the bloodwork results.

Thank you for making the process of getting private tests done a breeze!
Made the request online, completed the forms i received soon after, then received the requisition and the went to the lab of my choice and all went swell! Plus got my results fast, i couldn t be happier!
Well i actually COULD ; PPP If there were even MORE tests available to choose from : )

This was the second time i have used this service. I was happy to get a seasonal discount! I got the results back within 24 hours and the process was super easy. Just show up at the Dynacare Lab with the requisition, get blood drawn and wait for the results, easy peasy. Great service.

Simple online process, except it’s not clear once you pay for your test as to what the next step is. For Quebec you will need to change website to get an appointment at a Dynacare clinic near you. In my case it was a walk in with no appointment required which was great.

Simple to use, quick results, guided through the process all the way through email communications. Would use again.

There were 2 issues I experienced in my blood test order.

1) I made a typo mistake in my personal information. The system does not provide a way for me to correct the mistake. It was a one time only input which is a nightmare for end user. I made 4 attempts in three days to ask for help. Initially, a staff made the correction. However, I didn't get any revised lab acquisition send to me. I had to further pushed it and finally I received the revised copy attached in email. The more friendly way is to attach it to my account and let me download it. Simple and straight forward.

2) The test result was late. The site indicates a turn around time of 3 days. I received it on the fifth business day after the test. If there is a delay, I expect a notification which is not available at all. Again, this can be an easy integration into the system

I require bloodwork for my athletic endeavours so I always use these guys. It’s the fastest, simplest way to get the results I need in order to compete. Thank you guys!

There was no waiting around for information or someone to get back to you, everything was done in a timely manner.
If there is a problem, someone gets back to you right away to fix the problem.

For the first three months the service was excellent and I received my blood tests results very quickly. But then Blood Test Canada stopped replying to all my emails. This became an issue since email correspondence is the only way to communicate with Blood Tests Canada. The chat option on their web site has been disable and they do not have a phone number to contact customer service. Since they are no longer replying to my emails I am hesitant to place an order because if something goes wrong I may not be able to contact them.
