First time user. Website is a pleasure to navigate with several ways to search/sort the many mix-and-match options. Got my requisition within minutes of paying, really quick and easy. My results were sent to me on the third business day after the test, great service. Many thanks.

Lately it has been difficult to get blood tests done by family doctor, due to health cuts. This is a reliable option. The requisition was quick and so were the results. It’s peace of mind.

Blood test was inaccurate. Confusing units.

Fasted and went Thursday April 17 th told cannot do due to Easter long weekend come back Tuesday. Fasted and returned Tuesday. Following Tuesday we get a call saying something went wrong please come back. I returned 3 weeks later because we were away and they had no record of me ever being there. Was told to go home and upper management would deal with it the next day. All was finally dealt with but 4 trips really

It is very easy to get blood test done whenever you want.

The blood tests themselves and the feedback I got from the doctor were excellent. Great service there. However, when I received my blood test results, an address from 20 years ago was printed at the top of the form and I was curious how they got it (it is not on my credit card or my health card or any information I gave them). I wrote to them three times to ask why they had that address because it concerned me that anyone was using it and I wanted to know why so I could possibly fix whatever the problem is. Despite my persistence (and even warning them that I would give this bad review if they didn't respond), they did not write back to me. I knocked off two starts for their poor communication. I'm extremely annoyed about it.

I am so grateful for this service and the privilege I have had to share your services with so many people that really need it when ignored by their doctors. I have sent several emails in the past about possible expansion to the menu as I have not seen much in terms of expansion. I do not know the limitations of the services that you provide but I was told if thyroid doctors can order it you guys probably can add it. My expansion requests are tumour markers CEA and C-9 19 as the doctors never seem to want order these TNF, NFKB, H pylori, entire herpes serology, Lyme disease, lipase and amylase Protease digestive enzymes guess as we know health starts with the gut. I have not seen the menu expand in the four years years I have been using the service and expansion would be great and I am certainly a great customer as you can see per my record I give a lot or business. My personal opinion on the marketing end expansion would be great. As far as customer satisfaction and deliverance is concerned I am a very happy camper. I would just like to see expansion so I can stop having to beg my doctor for tests I know matter to my health. Hopefully my request is taken into consideration. Everything was great!

Ordering and executing the blood test was easy, quick and efficient. There are so many clinics that accept their blood tests and in the clinic I chose I was the only one there so there was no wait at all!

Results came quickly despite them having to send my blood to another province.

This company is a great option if you're the type of person who takes charge of their own health.

I bought a test package on the website, went in to a Dynacare location, and got my blood taken no questions asked. Then I got the results from Blood Tests Canada by email the next day.

The whole process was very clear and easy. Good communication from the company. Just make sure to read all the emails carefully & follow the instructions.

Great service once again. Third time using and very pleased.
