Wow what speed of recieving the blood test results. I only gave blood sample on Monday 20th April 2026 morning at 10am and have just received my blood results just now at 8pm on Wednesday 22nd April 2026. I would 100% recommend and will use them again.

Good selection of blood tests, efficient and timely service, great medical interpretation of results, very reliable.

Great service and excellent customer support

This is extremely poor service and extremely poor communication. I purchased the Full London VIP test and attended the clinic at 76 Wimpole street on 28 February 2026. When I arrived the clinic, the staff could find my records despite me showing them the booking and payment made online. After 20 minutes the staff advised me to go to have the blood draw done, which I did. By 11 March 2026, I still have not received the results of the test despite the guarantee within 3 days as advertised. I contacted via the chat and was told it would be coming but could not give a date. Eventually after my complaint I received the results. I certainly will not use this service again ever.

Amazing clinic, extremely fast results

Great experience. Booked on the morning an arrived a couple of hours later. Waited less than 10mins. I usually have a difficult experience with blood tests but the nurse was fantastic. Ela was very skilled. Thank you.
