We booked a tailor-made 3-day tour with BromoVolcano. Anne was incredibly helpful before and during the trip, which was perfect. The hotels were comfortable and well-located. Our driver Navis was very reliable and polite.
Cannot recommend enough.

The whole trip was really amazing, the organization was clear and always on time. The guides are all very friendly and always ready to help. Separate thank you to our driver Fauzi, honestly best driver in the world. 10 out of 10. If we come back , we will explore only with these guys!

We did 3 days-trip to Bromo Volcano and Kawah Ijen and everything was great! Also the travels by car, with the driver Iqmal, were safe and comfortable! He’s a very good driver! We recommend you him and the trip with this agency!

We where unsure of our itenary we wanted - Anne was amazing she she planned this trip out and it was perfect! from the accomodation to the sights the guides and transport. Our guides where amazing including Ms WiWek, what a wonderful person to explore this part of Indonesia with.
We travelled with children could not have asked for a better experience.
Quality and experience where clear and communication excellent. The vehicles we used where great.

Wir haben zu zweit die Tour für vier Tage und drei Nächte gebucht. Die Organisation war perfekt, alle Guides waren pünktlich, sehr nett und bemüht und jede Tour hat reibungslos geklappt. Unser Fahrer Takar ist sehr sicher gefahren und ist auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Auch die Hotels waren gut.
Besonders empfehlenswert finden wir die Besteigung des Mount Bromo bzw. Sonnenaufgang und den Mount Ijen.

It was packed with wonderfuĺl activities. An our driver did perfect job getting us everywhere (rate=5)
The last day was a bit too much wrt the the descend into mount Ijen
The bus should have had better seats. The rest was pefect

We have just completed a 7D6N Essential of Java Island, starting in Yogyakarta and ending in Denpasar. The organization was flawless and we were impressed by Anne’s support, attention to the detail and responsiveness prior and during the trip. Thank you to Ridwan (our driver) who made everything look very easy and got us safely to all the places we wanted to go to.

Really nice organized our 4 days trip to Bromo, Ijen and waterfall. All the experience, accommodation, our driver Nadine it was really helpful and nice with us all the time, it was on time, helped us with all our requests. All really nice. Our last accommodation was amazingggg😍😍😍loved it.

Great trip (4n/3d)!! Intens but amazing, the wunderfull waterfall, Mount Bromo and Ijen are all worthwhile. Reliable driver, guides and good accommodations.

Everything was very well planned and executed. The accommodations were wonderful!

Endik our driver drove us safely to our destinations and was very kind.

And the waterfall and volcanoes exceeded all our expectations. Well worth waking up early for.

We did a 3-day, 2-night tour to Bromo and Ijen with our driver Ikmal, and the whole experience was fantastic! Ikmal was a great driver—always punctual, helpful, and full of useful tips along the way. He made the journey smooth and enjoyable for all three of us. Everything was well-organized, from the pick-up to the accommodations and local guides. The local guides at both Bromo and Ijen were also excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were safe and informed throughout. Highly recommended!

Our 3D2N tour of Mt Ijen, Bromo and the falls in Java was absolutely amazing. Anne was available all the time to solve doubts or keep us posted with the steps. She made sure everything was working properly. Everyone was especially friendly and kind, from the driver that picked us up in Bali to the guides that gave us all the information we wanted during our visits. Of course, a special shout-out to our driver Navis, who drove us safely, made sure everything was running smoothly during the trip and had the greatest chats with us. Magnifique expérience avec BromoVolcano, d’abord avec Anne pour le contact agréable et très efficace lors de la réservation et tous ses conseils pour préparer au mieux notre voyage, ensuite avec Navis, notre chauffeur anglophone avec qui ces 4 jours ont été amazing! Navis est un excellent chauffeur, très agréable et drôle, le contact avec mes ado était génial! Il était annoncé comme parlant basic English mais parlait mieux que moi!!! toutes les visites sont organisées au top avec chaque fois un guide local. le tour Surabaya, plantations de thé, malang, tumpak SEWU, bromo et Ijen est parfait! Les logements proposés étaient au top avec petite mention spéciale à la mi casa de Licin, nous on adore le local! Tout était vraiment parfait pour un prix très correct! Je recommande vivement. Le fait de tout faire en anglais était un choix. N’hésitez pas à contacter Anne, elle a également un prestataire fiable francophone à vous proposer!

Agradecemos la labor de todos los guías para tener esta experiencia inolvidable pero en especial a Ridwan que nos acompañó en la etapa más larga con infinita paciencia y destreza al volante. Our 4 days/ 3 nights tour in Java was swiftly and smoothly organised.Anne was very responsive and accommodating and our driver Ikmal was very patient, agreeable and resourceful. At one point we got stuck in traffic and were going to miss our ferry, but Ikmal managed to arrange a scooter shuttle for us. Thank you Ikmal! 🙏
