5/14/26 WARNING TO ALL AMAZON MEMBERS WHO USE "SUBSCRIBE & SAVE": AS OF TODAY, I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE THAT SOMETIME BETWEEN JAN & MARCH OF 2026 THE AMAZON IDIOTS DECIDED TO NO LONGER SEND "WARNING" EMAILS THAT A "SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ITEM" WAS TO BE DELIVERED IN, I'LL GUESS 7 TO 10 DAYS. THAT WARNING NOTICE GAVE EVERYONE A CHANCE TO GO INTO THEIR ACCT & CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE &/OR SCHEDULE, DECLINE THE ITEM, CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION ALTOGETHER - OR DO NOTHING BC THEY NEED/WANT THE ITEM. THE AMAZON IDIOTS & THEIR "1%er" OWNER JEFF BEZOS ARE SO LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO SEND OUT THIS NOTICE OF CHANGE OF POLICY TO ALL AMAZON MEMBERS! THIS SHOULD'VE BEEN DONE AT LEAST 3 TIMES TO ENSURE WE ALL WERE MADE AWARE OF THIS NEW & VERY INCONVENIENT POLICY. I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO THAN BE AWARE OF ANY PENDING AUTOMATIC DELIVERIES FROM AMAZON! IM SURE WE ALL DO! TODAY, 5/14/26, I GOT AN EMAIL FROM AMAZON NOTIFYING ME THAT THEY HAD ***ALREADY CHARGED MY CHECKING ACCT $96*** & AN ITEM I WAS SURE I CANCELLED ALTOGETHER WAS ***BEING SHIPPED IN 1 DAY!*** I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK BC I HAD NOT BUDGETED FOR THAT ITEM & AMAZON LITERALLY WIPED OUT MY CHECKING ACCT! WORSE, THE ITEM, PRESCRIPTION CAT FOOD, IS NOT ONLY NON-RETURNABLE, IT IS ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE - EVEN IF UNOPENED!!! 🤬 I WENT INTO MY ACCT TO TRY & CANCEL THE ITEM BUT BC THEY MMNO LONGER GIVE WARNINGS. TOO LATE. ALREADY SHIPPED. ALSO .. THE OPTION TO PERMANENTLY CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS ... MISSING!! ??? 2 MONTHS AGO, AFTER MY 1st DELIVERY, I TOLD AMAZON MY CAT ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO EAT THIS FOOD, SO THE PURCHASE WAS A TOTAL WASTE. **THEY ACTUALLY REFUNDED ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF $67.00 & SAID TO DONATE THE RX CAT FOOD TO AN ANIMAL SHELTER.*** I WAS GRATEFUL. IM ALSO POSITIVE I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION BC MY CAT WILL **NEVER** EAT THIS FOOD, EVER! AFTER TODAYS SHOCK, I REQUESTED AN IMMEDIATE CALL FROM AMAZON CUST SERV &, BTW, IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO FIND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINK – WHICH I KNOW THEY DELIBERATELY HIDE. THE WORKER BEE I FIRST TALKED TO WAS HORRIBLE & SPOKE LIKE A PROGRAMMED ROBOT &, WORSE, SHE CONSTANTLY INTERRUPTED OR TALKED OVER ME. 🤬🤬 I GOT NOWHERE WITH HER & SO, ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. I SPOKE WITH A NASTY, RUDE WOMAN WHO **CLAIMED** TO BE A MGR. I REALLY NEEDED TO S/W SOMEONE WHO COULD ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING. SHE WAS EVEN WORSE. A REAL RUDE "C", LET ME TELL YOU. SHE HAD NO RECORD OF THE 1ST REFUND (my bank does) & ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO REFUND THE CURRENT $96.00 TO MY BANK ACCT OR EVEN GIVE A REFUND VIA AN AMAZON "GIFT CARD." SHE WAS SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL MONSTER. I WONT TAKE UP MORE SPACE WITH HER BOGUS EXPLANATION OF WHY MY 1st PURCHASE WAS $67 & THIS 2nd ONE WAS $96!! SINCE THERE WAS NO OPTION ON MY ACCT TO **CANCEL** THE SUB, TO THIS ITEM, I DEMANDED SHE DO IT. THAT'S ALL SHE DID FOR ME! WHEN I HAD EXHAUSTED ALL ARGUMENTS & LOGIC, THE "B" HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF SHE HELPED .... HELPED (!!) RESOVE MY ISSUES!! ¡IDIOTA! ESTÚPIDA! AFTER I HUNG UP FROM THAT PENDEJA, I CANCELLED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ITEMS BC IM TOO SICK RIGHT NOW, I'M DEALING WITH THE FALL OUT FROM c a n c e r, & I JUST DONT NEED ANY MORE BAD/SHOCKING SURPRISES NOR STRESS!!! 🤬 MY NEXT STEP WAS TO CALL MY BANK. AMAZON LEFT ME NO CHOICE BUT TO DO SO. I WANTED THEM TO INTERVENE, AS THEY HAD BEFORE, WITH OTHER UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANIES, & GET BACK MY MONEY THAT AMAZON STOLE FROM ME! THEY ISSUED A TEMPORARY REFUND & FILED A FRAUD CLAIM AGAINST AMAZON. UNFORTUNATELY ... THAT MEANT DESTROYING MY ATM CARD. SO, UNTIL AROUND MON, 5/25, I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY - EITHER SAVINGS OR CHECKING. I HAVE MAYBE $10.00 IN MY WALLET. CHARMING. I LIVE - not by choice - IN A HORRID, RURAL COUNTY IN CA & THE CLOSEST BRANCH IS OVER 20 MILES AWAY. THERE ARE MAYBE 2 STAND ALONE ATMS IN THE ENTIRE COUNTY, ONE IS AT THE LOCAL VONS, THANK GAWD!
