Very pushy. Pulled me in with samples and told me to sit down, I told them I had to leave and they asked why? I said I needed to get food with my boyfriend and she sarcastically said, “Oh very urgent I see.” I walked out and threw my samples right in the nearest trash. Also, the scrub she used on my wrist had glitter in it. I would never put that on mh skin.

Wow had an amazing facial with Hannah at callyssee spa at tyrone mall it was fantastic relaxing
I also purchased products from them that smell and feel great on that skin
Can't wait for my next facial:)

Very pushy sales. Caught me at a low point, and even though I kept saying no they kept pushing and lowering the price on their overpriced red light therapy device. I got three facials as part of the deal but it was very hard to get a hold of them the store is very noisy so it was not a nice relaxing facial. Haven't really noticed any results from the products I did end up getting and paying too much for.

Pushy, Agressive, High pressure sales tactics. What's amazing is how if you keep saying "no" they keep lowering the price. The sales guy at the Tyrone Mall, St Petersburg Florida, even asked to have the music turned up so others wouldn't hear how he was lowering the price. He kept complimenting and mirroring the things I said, asking me three different times if I had any cosmetic work done. I kept telling him no and the final straw was asking me if I had my breasts done. These people are scam artists and go by different names such as Callyssee and Deep Sea Cosmetics....could be more!!! Don't go near them.

Less than one star. Do not go into store. This is a scam. Did not honor promised return. Products are overpriced. Company evasive and assumes no accountability.

The products are amazing!! I can already see results! I have been to a facial twice already and it was amazing. Definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend visiting Callysse at Tyrone Mall! Their team has excellent experience in explaining treatments and offers free trials before committing to a purchase. Their facial products are top-notch!

The brick and mortar store in St Petersburg, FL offers a sample eye lotion to suck you into buying a $500.00 non-returnable package that made my eyes swell shut. Steer clear.

I ordered the smooth Gel Lip Liner which I loved as a blush in "Bite". The color looks so natural on my face. However I couldn't figure out how to get more liner out of the pencil. It didn't turn and it appeared that the only product was at the top. Called customer service and was happy to find out that all you do is sharpen the plastic and more product appears!!! Wish the instructions were on the box. In any event I'm delighted!!

This is a scam website with fake reviews and no customer service to speak of. I spent around $200 and got the thermal mask and the full face caffeine sheet mask. The self heating mask is an absolute joke. Aside from barely heating, its thick and sticky consistency makes it a nightmare to apply. Actual results seen are none. The sheet masks were really expensive and are so poorly packaged that it is impossible to retrieve them without tearing. When you contact customer service, no one replies. When you post any negative reviews, they never show up. I’ve tried three times to post reviews in the past months and they never show up. Avoid at all costs, this place is a scam.

amazing products, amazing ingredients and seriously awesome customer service!

I wanted to buy a body butter that wasn't going to be so heavily perfumed that it made my skin break out *cough The Body Shop cough* and I'd been looking around for a while. I decided to take a leap of faith and try it, even if the jar looked a little small. Let me tell you—a little goes such a long way! It's not too heavily perfumed that it makes my skin react, and it leaves me smooth and moisturized for FOREVER. Love it love it love it!
