Overpriced nonsense: donât bother
The coach they put me with did not care anything about what I was doing. He was as excited as a mule. Itâs basically just watching videos and you can get all of that information even more down to your needs through ChatGPT. Itâs even on YouTube. There was nothing special about this and itâs way too overpriced. Donât bother.

I did this program a few years ago and didn't know they had Trustpilot to review. Hands down THE WORST program I have ever been in. Advice was super generic and the overall theme was that you had to run FB ads and pay a lot of money. There was ZERO advice on lead generation, organic content or anything like that. The best part was when I complained, they told me to get on a call with one of their coaches. His advice was to "post inside your FB group to "wake" your members up". WHAT?I thought he was joking. I asked for my money back and there was no way in hell that was happening. Overall it was just a very poor program with nothing at all of value. As someone else said on here, the book was 10x better and it was FREE! I'm doing another program now and I've gotten more from it after the first week than I did my whole time with C & C. I don't even know if C & C still exists. I hope not.

Now that I completed the Prominence training I decided to write a follow up review.
If you haven't CONSISTENTLY been making $10k to $20k per month for over a year or more I would say this may not be the right next step for you.
Also, if you are hoping to have a life outside of your business or side hustle this may not be the right thing for you.
Let me explain...
They promise it's only 10 hours a week needed to be successful but that is just not the case. Keeping up with the online course alone can take up to 10 hours a week--that does not include IMPLEMENTATION of what you learn...which could be an additional 10 hours per week AT LEAST.
In conclusion:
I loved my Coach (Paula rocks!), the online course materials are excellent, and the community is great but the promise of $30k/month is just not feasible for the time commitment they say you'll need within a 12 to 13 weeks coached program.
**Also, if you are in the HOLISTIC HEALTH niche:
People are sicker than ever and the sicker they are the poorer they are and can't afford premium coaching. My husband (a functional medicine physician) and I truly want to help as many people as we can to heal so the premium coaching model isn't right for us since NO ONE can afford it. Turning away people from getting the help they desperately need goes against our internal values so we are regrouping to try to find a different path forward while still remaining a viable business.

This community is amazing! I've only been part of it for about 6 weeks, and I really love all the support, from the coaching calls with Paula, Rocky, Robyn and the amazing trainings in the portal. I'm literally working my way through, following all the steps and doing the check-ins. My facebook test ads are about to start running, and I'm excited for where this will take my business. I've been in programs like this before, that also had great support, however the support here is even better and I truly appreciate it as I've been able to accomplish ALOT in a short amount of time as a result.

I have been a client of Clients and Community for a little over a year and just joined Scale in May. I only continue to be "WOW'ed" by the consistent overdelivering and abundance of authentic and exceeding of expectations in genuine client service at each level of the organization. I had my first call with Robyn a few weeks ago bringing her a number of technical issues, glitches and many questions to gain clarity and "how to" of applicable next steps in unraveling a number of layers and backend fixes. Needless to say, we had an unexpected comedy of errors just to be able to connect one on one for our call prior to even getting to my list of to do's. It took almost our entire scheduled time slot to be able to connect face to face and be able to allow her access to connect remote. I felt terrible that our call had not been a best use of her time and was happy to reschedule, however, she spent then next hour and a half tackling the list of issues and questions and working with me through her evening | dinner hour/s. Not to mention, she was a pure joy and light throughout each roadblock. While I was [and still am beyond grateful] I was in total shock and awe. Thankful does not fully describe how I feel about her infinite knowledge, patience, graciousness, humor, clear | concise communication, attention to detail, thorough follow up | next steps ...and I could go on and on. I recommend getting help with ads from an ads agency.
Full transparency - I rarely write reviews on anything. Doesn't matter what it is, I typically just don't do it. However, I'm leaving this one here because they literally ask you to at the end of (almost) every client check-in form.
Best part about this program: My Accountability Coach. She has been willing to help every step of the way and was always offering advice on how to improve things (99% of the time being ads related). As much as it pains me to say this, she is the reason I'm rating my time with C&C 2 stars instead of 1.
What's good: This program is full of value, especially for beginners. I'm not a beginner; I've spent over $100k on business coaching in the last 3 years. Modules are pretty much step-by-step and easy to follow.
What's bad: This is the tough part for me. If you're like me, you've been interested in C&C because they talk about being good at 2 things; ads & building Facebook groups.
To say I'm frustrated would be a pretty substantial understatement. I've had two separate 1:1 calls with their ads specialists and a copy review with their copy specialist. After being in for the full 13 weeks now, I've yet to have 1 single successful ads campaign that brought people to my group consistently. This is NOT "risk-free", as they say. On top of the program investment, I've also spent $1,002 on ads over the past 3 months.
I've mentioned this on my weekly check-in sheet, but I'm convinced nobody even reads those. Not one person (besides my coach) ever reached out to me to ask me what could be done to help, though I voiced my frustrations on that form, as well. NOBODY asked how they could help. As a business owner myself who also takes check-in sheets weekly, this completely baffles me.
And at some point, you stop asking for calls with 'specialists' because nothing from those calls helped and nobody is reaching out so mentally, you're at, "why bother, then".
Though I have made money since December, only 1 client I've acquired can be honestly attributed to C&C. I've been doing this for about 4 years, so I have organic strategies already built into my system that myself & my team use every day. So aside from that one client, all of my others have been my organic strategies I've been using since long before I ever even heard of C&C.
I spent thousands of dollars to acquire 1 client.

I'm no better off with ads than I was beforehand (this is the WHOLE reason I signed up with C&C - I've never realized success with ads).
I thought that, with as much as they talk about teaching clients about Facebook ads to grow their business, they would put more of an emphasis on making sure you succeed with that. Out of a dozen modules or so, only 1 module focuses on ads - and it's very generic. All I mean by that is it's for ALL types of their clients to set things up on their end, so it can't be customized.
For the amount the investment is and the "absolute certainty" they had that they could help me when I signed up, I really wish they delegated more time to helping people solely with customizing their ads for their unique niche. I was never even told 'how' to target my audience - just given ideas of what to try (but they should already know, because they say they help fit pro's already). I could be more nuanced here so nothing in my review is cherry-picked, but it's fine.
I completed all modules my coach said to and avoided the ones she advised me to avoid (like the AI ones - I have an assistant), made every call, scheduled extra calls with specialists, took every piece of advice, and went at this like I was brand-new to owning a business so I could learn new things and open my eyes to new ways.
I worked hard on all of this - that will never be a doubt in my mind.
I wanted with all of my heart to be a member of their Scale Program (higher tier), but it just wasn't in the cards for me.
Especially now feeling like my check-ins were never read, I feel like a number or a 'price tag'.
Honestly had high hopes and watched them for 6 months before investing and I feel they severely underdelivered.

Clients & Community has been great! I've learned a ton and really appreciate the accountability coaching, it helps me stay on task and make progress.
