Not at all a reliable brand anymore. Like many other Tata services and products, the service quality of Croma has seriously degraded.
I recently placed an online order on Croma for an air conditioner and a cooler. The expected delivery date for both items was the very next day. However, only the cooler was delivered, while the AC had not even been dispatched from the warehouse, despite the app falsely showing it as âOut for Delivery.â
For the next 5â6 days, I repeatedly contacted customer support requesting either proper delivery updates or cancellation with a refund. Every single time, I received the same unacceptable response: the order could not be cancelled or refunded until the product was delivered first. This made absolutely no sense, especially when the product had not even been dispatched.
After almost a week of delays, misinformation, and zero accountability, I finally received a call regarding the delivery. I refused to accept the order, following which the delivery executive contacted the centre to request cancellation. Only then was I informed that my money would be refunded. However, I have neither received any formal update regarding the refund nor has the amount been credited back.
This entire experience was highly unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. Customers expect transparency, timely delivery, and responsible customer support, none of which were provided here.

2024 me maine 1.5 Ton Split AC Croma se purchase kiya tha, ye sochkar ki branded product hai to kam se kam 8-10 saal achhi performance dega. Lekin sirf 2026 me, third season tak pahuchte-pahuchte AC ki coil puri tarah leak ho gayi aur service engineer ne ise unreparable bata diya.
Ye bahut shocking aur disappointing hai ki itne mehange AC ki life sirf 2-3 season nikli. Aaj ke time me middle-class customer apni hard-earned money se branded product isliye leta hai kyunki use quality, durability aur trust chahiye hota hai. Lekin jab itne kam samay me major part kharab ho jaye, to customer ko lagta hai ki company sirf product bechne tak hi zimmedar hai.
Coil leakage koi chhoti problem nahi hoti. Iske baad AC ki cooling khatam ho jati hai aur customer ko heavy repair ya replacement cost bharni padti hai. Agar third season me hi coil puri tarah kharab ho jaye, to phir aise product par customer ka trust kaise rahega?
Croma ko apni product quality, component durability aur after-sales service par seriously dhyan dena chahiye. Sirf branding aur marketing se customer ko baar-baar attract nahi kiya ja sakta. Agar quality itni weak hogi, to log branded products lena band kar denge.
Bahut disappointing experience. Future me koi bhi AC lene se pehle log quality aur long-term reliability zarur check karein.

I bought a laptop and phones from Croma (Bell Circle, Bangalore) four months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The laptop required multiple installations, but neither Croma nor Dell has offered any proper support. Customer service is shockingâcompletely unresponsive, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Despite numerous promises, no technician has effectively resolved my issues. It feels like Croma only cares about taking your money, then abandons you with faulty products and zero after-sales service. The whole experience has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. Croma in Bell Circle should be avoided at all costs; their service is pathetic, and their support is nonexistent. I regret choosing them and urge others to stay away from this so-called trusted retailer.

I have a croma window AC purchased from your Malad store.
In April I complained that the AC was not cooling effectively. Your technician fixed the problem by sealing the leakage. The AC worked for about a week and the cooling was gone.
I complained again on May 13th. Your technician came again only to inspect whether what I complained was indeed true. I was made to talk to your back office team who assured that a 'senior technician' would visit at the earliest. Till date no one has turned up.
Today again I called, but the rep with whom I spoke to has no answer as to when she would depute someone. Instead after the entire conversation she said I will connect you to store.
Is this also part of your plan to harrass the customer.
I am really disappointed with your service. Very pathetic. Even a road side store attends to customer complaints more satisfactorily.

Inept staff with the worst possible service follow through. haven't delivered inspite of committing a date 3 weeks since placing the order, now I am chasing them, nobody from the store is responding to calls/ messages. Called up the call centre and they tell me after a 30 minute call that - 1. they cannot commit a date of delivery 2. they cannot cancel the order because it has been 'allocated' to me 3. they cannot issue a refund either. So i have no option but to wait in the hope that they will honour their commitment at some point
