I told ok no issues please send me . But they came after 3 days . That team told me gas is very low . Need 4 days we will refill the gas . Again I informed store. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the persistent problems I have encountered with my washing machine, which I purchased from your Croma store in Crown Interior, Faridabad, in August 2022. Despite having a 3-year extended warranty, I have faced repeated breakdowns and subpar service since April 2023.
The machine has malfunctioned multiple times, displaying error messages, and has recently developed a leakage issue. Despite numerous service visits, the problem persists. Technicians have replaced parts, including the PCB card, but the machine continues to malfunction. The most recent visit on August 23rd failed to resolve the issue.
I have contacted customer care repeatedly, only to be met with empty promises and escalated complaints that seem to go nowhere. The technicians dispatched are clearly not equipped to handle the problem effectively.
It is disheartening to have to escalate this issue to the senior management level, as I understand the pressures of dealing with customer complaints. However, I have been left with no other option as the standard customer service process has been completely ineffective. The consistent failure to resolve this issue, despite multiple attempts, is a testament to the company's inability to address customer concerns.
This ongoing ordeal has caused immense inconvenience and frustration. I request that Croma take immediate action to resolve this matter. I would appreciate it if you could either replace the defective machine or provide a permanent solution to the problem by sending a competent technician.
Additionally, I urge you to review the performance of the agency responsible for handling repairs and consider penalizing them for their inability to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to explore legal options

I live in Dubai and was traveling to Noida for a week. Knowing it would be hot, I ordered an AC through the Chroma website, as they promised delivery the next day. However, upon arrival, despite daily messages, emails, and calls, I received no response. Store staff were unhelpful and clueless. Eventually, I had to cancel the order because I had to return to Dubai. They delayed the cancellation and, after a week, finally processed it, promising a refund.
Now, two months later, I still haven't received my refund of over 50,000 INR. Is this a fake company? Please let others know about this issue. It's a significant amount of money, and I urgently need my refund.
Missing AC Remote in my new Air Conditioner
I have purchased a 1 Ton Window AC from Croma Store at Sohna Road Gurugram. & get it installed by the team provided by them only on 6th April. During the unboxing & installation, I have identified that the AC remote is missing & due to this I am not able to turn on my AC from last one week & still not getting a productive response.
Now I have reached the limit & it's almost more than 10+ days from the date of purchase & I am not able to use my product.
This seriously led to terrible customer service.
Requesting the team to get this resolved ASAP. I get this finance from Bajaj & my next step will be to ask my personal bank to stop the EMI for the upcoming months.
Looking forward to get a solution ASAP otherwise I stop the EMI payment.

I bought Croma LED tv of A grade panel last year and it's Stop working within 1.5 years only due to their faulty panels, Now they are asking to pay more than the tv amount to replace panel, worst products, local cheap products available in market can also work for 5 years atleast but their branded products Stop working as soon as warranty finished , Don't buy else they will ruin your trust so don't waste your money

Misleading/outdated product page and worst customer service
Ordered G102 Prodigy but received G102 Lightsync, I'm forced to compromise because they wouldn't refund. I've given every bit of info and picture with what is wrong but I bet their lazy or underqualified employees didn't even try to read my e-mails. Also, the delivery package/product page clearly states G102 prodigy and pictures are also of g102 prodigy, but the invoice I have received is of G102 Lightsync which is very scummy. The worst part is that they rejected my claim immediately after calling because I didn't pick up an unknown number late at night, they didn't give a head-up or nothing and just gave ONE call JUST ONE then immediately rejected my claim. Shame on croma, never gonna order anything from this joke of a website.

Chroma is Old Style having poor Support System and Staff Clueless
It's 4-5 days for AC is delivered to us but the installation is still pending. When we call customer support they said they can only forward my complaint to someone in his team. In the Email, they said he will take 2 days to get back to you. Didn't knew they are so old style. Never buy anything from them.
