I come from a legal background, and with that naturally comes a lot of doubt and issues of trust, especially when it comes to documentation processes. I think this is one area where Cross Border has truly outshined my expectations.

My journey started with Mr. Rakesh, who onboarded me at a point where I had already invested five years into my legal career. It was not easy for me to take this leap of faith and finally put in my migration papers—something that had always been at the back of my mind. However, he ensured that it came to the forefront and gave me the confidence to move ahead.
Eventually, my case manager had to be changed due to her personal obligations, and that’s when Payal stepped in.
