This is a scam site. Tracking is a joke, its been months and I just simply never received what I paid for.

Item never arrived. "tracking" is a joke and unlike any legit tracking I have ever seen. I believe this to be a scam. After waiting a month and the item constantly being "rerouted, due to me moving" (I have not moved) they have the nerve to ask me to pay an additional shipping fee to ship another one. Chalk this up as a loss.

Complete scam. Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/11. It is now 2/1 and it has still not arrived. I have contacted the company over and over for a refund and they just state that the shipping is being updated and to be patient. Do not buy anything from this website.

Complete scam! These sites that are continuously popping up on Facebook with a word (customary) and a random letter (h) are most likely scammers. Always search reviews before giving out your info.

My daughter introduced me to this while shopping a few years ago. I could not believe how cozy & soft it was. This year, I decided to treat myself and bought one. I wear it all the time & absolutely love it!

The recipient of this sweater was very happy to have received it. She said it was warm and comfortable.
