I'm with all the other BAD experiences. I completed al the information for a TOD document, got to the payment screen and provided info for the $29.99 charge, and then NOTHING! No download, no email except a receipt. I've emailed 3 times in 2 days and NO response. RIP OFF!!!!! I wish I had seen these messages before I clicked pay. Next call is to my bank to tell them the charge is fraud, because as of now, it is.

Double-charged my credit card for $59.99 for a single deed. Have tried numerous times to contact DeedClaim, but not response. Terrible company.

Waste of money! They don't respond when you need help. SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!!!

They promise "satisfaction guaranteed"; however, my request for correcting my document has gotten zero response - only an email that says "a ticket has been created" whatever in hell that means. It has been a week since I paid $59.99 for a worthless document.

If I could give it a zero I would. The deed created for me was not accurate. I have tried multiple ways to get assistance, and I get no response. This is a fraudulent company.

Tried to make quitclaim deed, final document came out all wrong.it was correct on their summary page, but useless as it came out. Edit attempts failed.Tried to contact them to get it corrected , emailed numerous times , no response from them aside from Ticket Created auto rrdponses. 14 days and have heard nothing from them. I finally had to go to a competitors website and pay again to get an actual , functional document. Trying to get a refund , but I doubt I'll ever hear back from them.

I paid for my deed and received the receipt at 1:11 pm . It is now 1:56 and I have not seen a deed YET. I have checked by spam and it is not there. I have emailed deedclaim.com and have not received a response. It is infuriating that I have paid and have NOT received what I paid for as of YET and that the only way to contact them is via email to which they have not responded.

I’m updating this from 4 to 5 stars very happy with service, I realized I needed to change answers to questions, and contacted them as directed in instructions. I received a prompt email containing link to update and process was simple. I was able to create a ladybird deed and saved a lot of money. Thank you

The only reason I'm willing to go above one star is that the refund was prompt. That said, the response I received from the customer service rep afterward made me feel like I had been sent to the principal's office in elementary school. In looking at other reviews afterward, it was very clear that their standard practice is to blame the customer for any issue - often challenging their intelligence in the reply they post. (I'm guessing the same will be true here since that was certainly what I received in the response from the CSR.)

Yay, I received the deed. Always polite, thoughtful. Worked with me patiently to figure out the problem. As soon as they knew I had a problem they emailed me. And after exchange of numerous tries which we never really understood, they went outside the box and made sure the deed came to me. Many thanks. Would definitely use you again.

I paid for the lady bird deed a week ago. I have emailed and left 2 messages at their site. I am getting ready to call. I have never received the claim but the money was listed on credit card.

I don't have any spam in my folder. And I can't find any message from you besides the one that says you received my money. Thank you for responding here though. I will try messaging you again at your site.

First these legal forms are so outdated. I was described as an unmarried person not a single person. I wanted to correct some things and could not get back in to make changes. Waste of $30.00.

Deed claim was very helpful and easy to use.

Needed a quick claim deed. After looking at several other sites I chose to use Trustpilot. The form was easy to follow and came with instructions and recommendations. Filled in the blanks and sent it to the Clerk of the Court for entry. Got the registered deed back and gave it to the new owners. This was easy and no problems at all.

Site was easy to use and understand. When I had an issue due to the fact that I was filling out my special warranty deed a couple of years after my divorce was final, they resolved it quickly within a day. First rate service

We couldn't be happier. I wanted to add my husband's name to the deed on a house that I inherited. We went to the courthouse and they said that we would have to go to an attorney and it would cost $500. I googled it and found this company. The instructions were easy. We saved several hundred dollars!!
