This is a terrific option for creating a quit claim deed. It was so easy to follow and quick to complete. I even had a correction once I finished that I could change without paying any additional fees. I can't say enough about this service...and being in real estate, it is VERY handy for me and my clients!

I was reviewing DeedClaim's capabilities to include the provisions I needed in a new deed -- an Enhanced Life Estate (Ladybird) deed with a name (deceased owner) removed. I didn't see the way to complete this. I entered a question at 9:30 pm and in 10 minutes had a response with clear instructions on how to create this deed. I was able to complete the deed and have subsequently recorded the deed without issue. (This was in Florida) Lawyers were quoting $200+ to do this.

I originally picked the wrong deed that I needed and when I advised Deed Claim they quickly advised me what I did wrong and helped me correct it at no extra cost. I want to thank Deed Claim for their professional help as well as their help when and error is made by me and they helped me resolve it at no extra cost. This process was so easy! And saved me $500.I wish that I had known of Deed Claim a few years ago. My sister had doubts that all would go well when we went to file the Warranty Deed at the court house. She was insistent on us going to a law office and letting them handle this process. Needless-to-say, when I handed the Deed to the clerk at the court house, she went over it word-for-word then verified it again with her superior, and return with, "all is perfect !" .... I would definitely recommend this company.

Easy to navigate. The Quitclaim Deed allowed for multiple grantors and grantees and separate notary certifications for grantors who could not sign at the same time and place. Other forms I researched did not have this option. Thanks.

Deed Claim was legally written correctly. Only had to fill in property description from the original deed. Have it notarized, and filled with the local county clerk. Received Deed Claim back in 4 weeks from county. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

This is such a great online service. I used their services to draft a transfer on death deed for estate planning purposes for my family and it was so fast and easy to use. And very reasonable price! Much more affordable and faster than LegalZoom. I also wanted to edit something in the document later and their customer support team was so quick to respond and email me a revised attachment. Would definitely use them again.

I have just completed my quitclaim deed.i made a couple of mistakes and this company made the corrections within an hour. The service has been outstanding. Would recommend to any of my friends. Very satisfied.

For approximately $27 + county clerk filing fee, I was adequately guided through the process of preparing a Ladybird Special Warranty Deed to pass my mom's house to her designated beneficiary (her granddaughter) and avoid having to go through probate. Outside of one or two "legal-ese" terms that could have been in more understandable"laymen's terms," I have no suggestions for improvement - it worked beautifully! We filed the deed with the clerk's office (along with my Durable Power of Attorney which provided the authority for me to conduct the transaction). A few weeks later, my mom passed. Her granddaughter took the filed special warranty deed and the certified death certificate to the clerk's office and the tax assessor's office, and in less than 2 weeks, the house is in her name free and clear. No mess - no fuss.

Tell me uP front that a fee is required! Not at the end when I've entered all of my information. The way your website is worded is deliberately misleading.

Great service. No problem creating my document, and when I realized that I had requested the wrong format (PDF vs Word) they were able to resolve the error. High recommend their system.

I needed to add my spouse to my deed and I had no idea where to start. Quick Google search lead me to DeedClaim. It is straight forward and all you have to do is answer the questions and follow directions and you'll have a professional document. Admittedly I did not follow the reading is fundamental principle the first go round but DeedClaim was able to fix it and get me what I needed!!
