So far so good. Process was easy and straight forward. I needed to correct a mistake upon completion and opened a help ticket which was addressed pretty quickly. They sent me a link, I made corrections and it generated another deed. Thanks for that!

It wasn't as easy as it was made out to be. The language needs to be dumbed down. I was trying to transfer my deed to include my husband. It didn't work out that way. I don't know if I can redo it once it was finalized and wrong! :(

There are obviously some things that we can only simplify so much, but we do work hard to simplify the questions as much as possible and generally get favorable feedback on the way we explain difficult legal concepts.
With regard to your issue about adding your husband, we would be happy to look into that and explain where you went wrong. And we do give our customers the opportunity to re-access the interview to correct documents without being charged again.
