I learned about the Ladybird Deed from someone who just recently lost their mom and they didn't have one. If you are a single homeowner, stop what you're doing and complete this form. I did and it will be one less thing my daughter will have to worry about.

The experience was great;.a little long since I wanted to make sure my information was correct. Everything came out great and I have the deed as promised. And I was able to achieve it online.

Liked the "save" option.

The instructions were clear, the price great, the form delivered immediately in an easily edited form. I tried another site first that claimed the service was free, and then required that I subscribe to their service before the form would be delivered. I don't anticipate having to do another quit claim, but if I did, I would use this service

I am very happy with DeedClaim. I am going out of town and only had a couple of days to get this accomplished. I got it filled out, printed, witnessed, notarized and registered at the court house all in one day. The price is quite reasonable. A friend ask me about it this morning and I am going to give her all the information about DeedClaim tomorrow.

The information is great but my computer loses the form and I have to start all over again

I made a mistake on the form and they were very fast in resolving same.
