Our forever home
A long awaited project finally came to life and Ben’s expertise meant we could realise the true potential of the few ideas we had on our single story extension and family room. He produced fully detailed plans and guided us through the planning application process. His support and advice during the building phase was invaluable and made sure we stuck to the original plan. Ben is a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Excellent service and value for money
Ben at DrawPlan designed a single storey extension at the back of our house, which involved the kitchen moving to another room. Ben is very professional and knowledgeable, and helped us throughout the entire project. Ben kept in touch throughout the build, visiting site regularly and also advised our builder on structural elements of the build. We’d highly recommended DrawPlan, for both expertise and value for money.

Ben Batrak the architect & founder of drawplan has been amazing, his attention to detail is outstanding and his experience definitely shows. He planned our extension which is well on it's way to being completed which is extremely exiting. Ben talked us through the whole process, answered all our questions to put our minds at ease. I would not hesitate in recommending drawplan to anyone wanting professional, very detailed plans, to make those dreams a reality.
