Excellent Customer advice
I telephoned for advice on 6 May about which cordless mower to buy. There was a temporary issue with the Einhell phone lines, so because I was visiting my son in Upton I visited and Connor could not have been more friendly and gave me great practical advice about the best lawnmower for my needs and advice about spares as well. He really is a great ambassador for Einhell.
Yesterday (20 May) I spoke to Candice regarding the 'free battery' offer and she was also super helpful. I will now be buying a strimmer and hedge trimmer safe in the knowledge that there is excellent pre and post sales support. Many thanks.

I’ve always believed that any company can ship a box when everything is going smoothly, but you only see the true measure of a business when things go wrong and they have to step up.
I’ve had a few technical issues with my last two mowers, which could have easily turned into a massive headache. However, this is where Einhell really proved their worth. Instead of getting bogged down in endless repairs or making excuses, they took ownership of the situation.
I’ve just received a brand-new retail unit—factory seals intact—shipped out to resolve the problem once and for all. It’s a huge relief to deal with a company that values its customers enough to offer a proper solution rather than a quick fix.
The communication from Ash was excellent throughout, and the logistics were handled perfectly. If you want the peace of mind that you’ll be looked after even if the unexpected happens, I couldn’t recommend Einhell enough. Truly a class act.

Have a number of Einhell products, as I consider the quality, value, and the before & after sales support to be excellent. Recently purchased a lawn spreader via Amazon and found a small component missing. Could have returned everything to Amazon but the product was low cost and didn’t warrant the cost of replacement, so contacted Einhell, and almost by return I received the missing item. Just another example of Einhell’s after sales support.
Absolute excellent service
I have some Einhell hedge trimmers I bought about 10yrs ago. They have been great and reliable. The other day the motor brushes had worn out so I contacted Einhell and they quickly replied with details of replacement brushes. I am amazed with their great service.
Mower motor problem
Mower motor problem. Collected following day by carrier (must be boxed so keep all packaging and receipts). Fixed and returned within 5 days. Exceptional and swift resolution under warranty. Might be worth considering informing customer of work carried out before returning it. I wasn't sure whether it had been fixed or not.

I am relatively new to using Einhell products. After researching cordless lawnmowers I chose to order their smaller battery lawnmower through Amazon and am delighted with my purchase. After receiving and using my mower I am still really pleased with my choice, it arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. I ordered their smaller battery pack and it charges quickly. The cutting box fits and works a treat. Their customer services responded quickly to a query I raised regarding the extended warranty and the folding handle. Would I recommend Einhell? Yes definitely. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Top class service
As I live on the Wirral I dropped my belt sander into the arrowe park repair centre - the repair engineer was amazing and my sander was repaired and mailed back to me within one day !! Einhell are great and I am so glad I have 7 other einhell tools. - many thanks Einhell repair shop

I have purchased a product from Einhell UK, and the first Courier involved has still not delivered the product after seven days. Einhell kindly replaced the product, and the second Courier involved, not the same as the first, required constant chasing before the delivery was made this morning. I was fortunate my contact at Einhell UK was Candice, who did everything within her power to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Well done Candice, and thank you.
Great after sales service
I received a very prompt reply to my enquiry and was given clear concise advice. This resulted in me getting a replacement lawnmower under the warranty.
The customer service employee was helpful, courteous and patient while I searched for all the relevant information.
Unreliable machine
I purchased an Einhell lawnmower less than a year ago, and despite I am not a regular user, the performance has been very disappointing. The battery now lasts no more than 20 minutes, and the machine frequently stops every 45 seconds, requiring constant restarting. This makes it extremely frustrating to use. Based on my experience, I would recommend investing in a more expensive and reliable model, as this one, priced just under £120, has not met expectations.
Back up service useless?
Purchased a mower 5 days ago. Battery charger lights worked initially, used the mower once now the batteries won't charge,no indicator lights. Contacted customer service,answered by AI! Finally spoke to a human asking for help. Just told to use online warranty claim. The form is complicated , not very helpful at all. Update,.. after 3 emails and 2 phone calls Connor contacted me , I thought this would solve the problem, NOT SO. I now have to complete a claim form and wait(heaven knows how long) for my claim to be processed!!

I recently purchased a ROUTER and when it arrived it only came with 6mm or 8mm collets, however, in the UK we only use ¼" bits (6.35mm), I realise that Einhell being a European manufacturer might not use imperial sizes, but was still a little frustrated that this product was available even though my bits wouldn't fit it without purchasing a 6.35mm collet.
I sent an email to Einhell and 'Emily' responded directly and replied that they were aware of the situation and posted me a collet, free of charge, which arrived within 24 hours.
Excellent service, I will continue to add to my numerous Einhell tools.
