Einhell were fantastic at sorting out a faulty part, thank you Connor who dealt so professionally with my enquiry. They were so easy to contact, did not quibble about the faulty part itself but very kindly agreed to send out a replacement for free, which I received super quick two days later.
Never had such excellent customer service from a company, due to this I would not hesitate to buy Einhells products again, the fault itself was the battery not the main product which Iâm very fully satisfied with. Thank you Einhell, six stars for you!

Excellent customer service for broken lawn mover
I took delivery of an Einhell Cordless Lawn Mower 63L GE-CM 43 Li M Kit after ordering through B&Q. When the mover arrived one of the front wheels had shattered. I contacted Einhell through the B&Q site for some help and was promptly assisted by a very helpful customer rep called Candice. I was sent a replacement wheel immediately and my mower is now fully functional. A great experience overall.

I had an issue with my mitre saw so I contacted einhell uk directly. The response to my complaint was dealt in a friendly and professional manner. There were a couple of hoops to jump through re logging the job but this was not too arduous. I was kept informed about the progress through out the process. All in all I am very happy

Extremely poor customer service. I wouldnât recommend this company at all.
4parts missing when I unpacked the mower to assemble it. Requested same with numbers but only two arrived four days later. Spent a long time on the phone explaining that they havenât sent the other two and requesting they be sent immediately or possibly ordered from Germany if they didnât have them in.
Nothing arrived after a week so once again another phone call and then theylet me know that they hadnât even ordered them from Germany. So I now have to wait at least another week for them to arrive at the company and then for the company to send it on to. Iâve now had to pay £30 to have my loan mode as itâs grown a lot in the meantime..
Requested some compensation but nothing forthcoming so request requested a call with the manager and he hasnât been in touch either. Iâm absolutely exasperated.
Really, very, very poor customer service indeed.

Good service sets companies apart and the customer service from Einhell UK is exceptional. Their products are excellent and great value and it is when things go astray that EInhell sort things out very efficiently and make you feel valued as a customer.

I recently purchased an Einhell mitre saw and discovered that one of the small rubber feet was missing.
So I contacted customer services and Emily from customer services sorted the issue out straight away and posted the spare part to me.
This is what I call 1st class and outstanding service.

Efficiency at its best
Normally I spend that much time battling against customer services (with other issues / companies ) to even get the correct person to speak to, most of the time who donât care..which is highly frustrating. This is not the case with Einhell who have been nothing but attentive, but also quick to respond to an issue I encountered. The matter was resolved with quick communication and no requirement to wait the seemingly obligatory 3 day response.
Candice dealt with my case both via phone and email and was polite, courteous but more importantly, knowledgeable - referring me to an engine specialist. The specialist provided pictures of how to resolve the matter and Candice arranged for the required parts to be sent to me. Hopefully, my lawnmower will be back to life soon but if not, I will be buying another Einhell ! Thank you !

I purchased an Einhell GC-PM 46/5S petrol lawnmower from Amazon in September 2025. After winterisation ( a very short period) the lawnmower failed to start. I contacted Einhell (Emily) and a new carb was sent, as probable diagnosis was, 'blocked fixed jets'. I was easily able to fit. Mower now starts instantly. Very good, efficient back-up service.
