Having bought an Einhall mower fromâŠ
Having bought an Einhall mower from Amazon in June 24 a fault has just developed and as i thought it may be out of warranty. I emailed Einhall and Emily in their customer services replied advising as bought fro Amazon it would have a 24 month warranty and supplied me a phone number to contact. I am pleased to say that through this my old one is being replaced this week and the old one collected. A big thank you to Emily and Einhall for putting me on the right track instead of passing the buck.

Mower blade mount repair
I managed to break a part of the blade mounting on my cordless mower. I contacted the Einhell repair service and they supplied the part within a couple of days free of charge and I was able to repair it myself.
The mower was under warranty but the damage was probably not covered under the terms of the warranty. If I returned the mower for repair I was looking at an expensive bill for what was a small part. The flexibility of the team helped me save time and money and they responded without fuss. Thank you.
Help with non starting mower
The response time was really quick, I was given the name of who was dealing with my request. I was helped at each stage of the unfamiliar process. I felt the responses were patient, understanding and willing to help.
The solution was successful and I was surprised how quickly I was helped.
Attentive customer service
I contacted Einhell when a part broke on an electric bandsaw I bought a couple of months ago. They replied very quickly, spoke to the engineers who were able to send a new part out. Dropped one star only because there was a delay while waiting for an update from the engineers, but happy with the service nonetheless.

I had a problem with my Einhell Cordless All purpose saw which was a couple of months out of warranty. I contacted Einhell and they arrange for me to return it for a repair, then I got a message to say they were replacing it with a new replacement. From returning it and getting it replaced was about 5 days which is excellent service. I think most companies would have said sorry its out of warranty tough luck.
I cannot praise Einhell enough for their help in sorting out my problem.

I had a problem with my Einhell battery lawnmower. one of the batteries would not charge. I rang the customer services and spoke to Emily who had a heart of gold and the patience of a saint.
