I had some rubber feet missing off my table saw and without any issue I contact Einhell directly and they sent me some replacements out .Great Job! I have been using Einhell powere tools for a few years now and i find them really good value for money as well as well made products.

I needed to make contact with Einhell customer support with a query - and I have to say that I received excellent pre-sales customer care and advice.
Talking with a real human - who did ask that they could to assist. A refreshingly positive expense

I have to say, I received my parcel from Einhel last Friday.
I wrote Friday evening, Candice wrote back to me Saturday morning, keeping me informed.
Today, Tuesday, I received bolts I needed, so very good follow up and thank you

Having bought an Einhall mower from Amazon in June 24 a fault has just developed and as i thought it may be out of warranty. I emailed Einhall and Emily in their customer services replied advising as bought fro Amazon it would have a 24 month warranty and supplied me a phone number to contact. I am pleased to say that through this my old one is being replaced this week and the old one collected. A big thank you to Emily and Einhall for putting me on the right track instead of passing the buck.

Needed to use warranty when mower stopped working.
Excellent customer care, nothing too much trouble . Sent me box to pack it up in and arranged collection .

I managed to break a part of the blade mounting on my cordless mower. I contacted the Einhell repair service and they supplied the part within a couple of days free of charge and I was able to repair it myself.
The mower was under warranty but the damage was probably not covered under the terms of the warranty. If I returned the mower for repair I was looking at an expensive bill for what was a small part. The flexibility of the team helped me save time and money and they responded without fuss. Thank you.

The response time was really quick, I was given the name of who was dealing with my request. I was helped at each stage of the unfamiliar process. I felt the responses were patient, understanding and willing to help.
The solution was successful and I was surprised how quickly I was helped.

I contacted Einhell when a part broke on an electric bandsaw I bought a couple of months ago. They replied very quickly, spoke to the engineers who were able to send a new part out. Dropped one star only because there was a delay while waiting for an update from the engineers, but happy with the service nonetheless.

My experience was great my charger stopped working. So I contacted einhell and they where fantastic with me and got me a replacement part I desperately needed and can’t thank them enough

I had a problem with my Einhell Cordless All purpose saw which was a couple of months out of warranty. I contacted Einhell and they arrange for me to return it for a repair, then I got a message to say they were replacing it with a new replacement. From returning it and getting it replaced was about 5 days which is excellent service. I think most companies would have said sorry its out of warranty tough luck.
I cannot praise Einhell enough for their help in sorting out my problem.

I had a problem with my Einhell battery lawnmower. one of the batteries would not charge. I rang the customer services and spoke to Emily who had a heart of gold and the patience of a saint. She talked me through filling in the warranty claim form on line. waited until I had sent it, checked it and told me it was all ok. The delivery van was ordered for the next day to the faulty item.

I got excellent and prompt service from Candice via email, however the initial impression on line was that carriage charges for parts can be excessive…but five stars for Candice

Able to speak with a person who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable

After a hiccup with a product, I received prompt,and very helpful service from Einhell. Excellent communication and a speedy resolution.

Really helpful (Emily) and went to great lengths to resolve my problem with a part of my hedge cutter.

I had a defective garden shredder within it's two year warranty. I mislaid my receipt but einhell offered to repair and resulted in them sending a new replacement.

When my chainsaw went wrong they collected and repaired it very quickly.
The staff were very polite and helpful I could not fault them which is unusual in this day and age.
One of the best firms I have ever dealt with.

I had a small issue with my Cordless Lawn Mower GE-CM 43 Li M after it had run fault-free for over two and a half years. The product itself is solid and works very well, and the issue was handled quickly and smoothly. Customer support was helpful and responsive, which made the process easy and stress-free

The key supplied was the incorrect part. The service department sent out the correct part immediately and it arrived the next day. First class customer service from Emily.

We had an issue with our sump pump. The issue related to the float which acts as the on/off switch. We contacted the company directly and they were great. Very responsive. They dealt with the issue swiftly and without fuss. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
