Absolutely incredible service from Einhell Service Team. I raised a service request for my old saw. Within 48hours it was collected by DPD. Less than a week later I have a brand new replacement!
I was thrilled to receive a new tool considering how old the broken one was! I will definitely be purchasing more tools with service like this! Thank you!!

I was struggling a bit to understand why, when registering my product, it was showing as 'for kit' at the end of the product description. I was registering an SDS hammer drill.

After a few emails with Emily, who kindly registered the product on my behalf, it was pointed out to me that the 'for kit' was because the drill came with a case, which makes it a kit.

I found Emily very friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. She was a great help and provided exceptional support.

All this was sorted within one day.

I would give 6stars if I could. The customer service, by Candice, was a true credit to her company

I looked at a number of battery hedge trimmers and decided on the Einhell GC- CH 1855/1 Li kit. The key features were metal gear case , blade pitch 3 year warranty and a universal battery pack with spare batteries readily available at a sensible price, I purchased it through Amazon and used it as soon as I had charged the battery to cut the hedge and bushes around the perimeter of my garden. It did an excellent job easy to use and cut through some seriously thick (16mm) stems. Batter duration was fine and I am very happy with my selection.

To start, my lawnmower is great, it does a very good job with my medium size garden. Unfortunately, I lost the safety Key, which fits above the battery. I contacted Einhell UK, to ask if I could get a replacement, not only did they give me a quick reply, they have posted a replacement. They have been in contact with me the whole time. Shout out to Emily who has been great. I highly recommend this company, fantastic customer service. Thank you.

My nearly new lawn mower developed problems so I telephoned Einhell for a local dealer, they do not have dealers so the unit had to be returned to Einhell, Emily who helped me was excellent and sent me a box with which to return the offending Mower, DPD collected and within 3 days I received an E-mail to say that the mower would be replaced with a new one, which arrived again by DPD a couple of days later. It was a bit of a nuisance having to return the whole mower and accessories, but Emily proved to be a great help. All good now and the new mower working perfectly.

I got onto einhell customer service online and talked to a great lady candice who was fantastic 👏
In 24hr she had a new item at my door and texted me next day to make sure everything was OK

Had to contact Einhell UK about a mower spare part, quick response and the spare on its way .

Couldn't find what I was looking for on line so enquired of the company. Promtly asked for my address and said they were sending part I was looking for. Service couldn't be faulted, other companies could learn from Emily's service.

Got quite a few power exchange tools some more than 8 years old this is the first time I’ve had to use the customer service centre and the service was good and resolved my issues .
How customer service should be

Had a problem with the delivery but called and spoke to Candice and she responded quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend because I was very pleased with the customer service. The product is also very good value and works great. Many thanks.

I've recently replaced many of my aging tools with the Enihell X-charge range I have found them all to be extremely well engineered and good value for money.
I've also bought a dozen or so of the E case F-S System cases which clip together and make it simple to load the required tools into the truck each day.
I have twice however snapped the clips that hold the cases together by not properly securing them before lifting the cases. You hear a horrible snap the bottom case swings down and I personally🤬
Enihell however have a fantastic customer service department in Liverpool and I've spoken with them on the phone and by email and they have sorted every little problem I've encountered. Today they have very kindly ordered me 3 pairs of replacement clips from Germany.
I can now continue replacing tools and cases safe in the knowledge that should I break a clip (at least for the next 6) I can simply fit an new one.
I'm Aspergers and NEVER leave reviews and have trouble interacting with people and companies in the modern world they all too often have inflexibility systems and no real people to help by doing commonsense things.
So when I am moved by Em... to write a review you can believe I mean it. Also you can trust this isn't AI generated no AI can come close to mimicking Aspergers. 🤣
I highly recommend Enihell UK contact the customer services before you buy if in bought but don't make a coffee before you call as you won't get time to drink it!

I ordered a grinder from this company I only realised there were parts missing when I started to use it. I contacted Candice and within a couple of emails she had arranged pick up and replacement which arrived the day after
Excellent customer service

I found it hard to register my hedge trimmer for the third year warranty … but Emily in customer services was perfectly helpful and clear . That part was 5 star . It works well so far .

After receiving my new Palm Router I realised that it did not have a collet to fit my existing imperial router bits. Contacted Einhell services to find where I could obtain one, and was informed they stock reducer sleeves to do that job and would arrange for one to be posted to me. Promptly two days later it arrived in the post. I can now use all my existing bits at no extra cost. Excellent service. I wish all companies were as pleasant to deal with.

I had the pleasure of Emily helping me to get my warranty cover in place for the products I recently purchased.

All I can say is that from start to finish and all within the space of ten minutes everything was sorted.

I actually bought my tools from Amazon so cant really rate einhell for delivery but I felt I had to rate them on the tools themselves. I’ve tried all the other major brands of one battery fits all tools and to be honest didn’t think they’d be that fantastic as some the cheapest tools on the market what with money a big concern as I'm disabled now. But from the first time I held one these tools a drill/driver in fact and fitted the battery from the second it when clunk and locked in I knew these were something else. I now have 5 various drills,2 impact drivers, orbital and mouse sander, 150mm circ saw, air blower, recirculating saw and the portable bandsaw with base. everyone of these items is excellently built to the highest spec and quality. Totally marvellous and all this praise from an ex Bosch fan.

I had an issue with the auto feed on my strimmer not working. I phoned up and spoke to candice who was very professional and helpful.
The parts I needed came to about £2 in total, but as a gesture of goodwill, I was told there was no charge ( postage was more than the items ordered ).
I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend einhell

It was fantastic and a refreshing change to receive great customer service. Especially as this was after disastrous support from Toolchimp, where the purchase was made originally. I took the step of contacting Einhell UK direct, and Emily has been superb with timely comms and going the extra mile to help find a solution. At a time when I was not going to use Einhell or Toolchimp again, I can definitely say after the customer service I wouldn’t hesitate in further Einhell products.
