I ordered an engraved wine glass as a birthday present. The website is easy to use and allows you to ‘view’ the finished product prior to buying. I had to redirect the delivery after placing the order which was handled without fuss by customer services. Sadly, when the glass arrived, there was a fairly sizeable crack on the base. I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent out within the next few days. Brilliant communication and customer services. Well done to Gilda and the team.

Amazing customer service, a very very high quality engraving on a zippo lighter and amazing customer service. A very sincere company.

Delivery etc was all fine.

After just a few months, gold plated locket has appeared dull and tarnished, and basically unwearable

Item was Gold plated Italian crossed chains heart, priced at £132.99 including inserted photos

Had a wonderful experience with this company. The item I ordered (a nurse's fob watch) was delivered in an attractive gift box (in a box, in a box...). I noticed that the front engraving had been missed, so I emailed the company and received a reply within an hour or so - which is unheard of in my experience. The representative was very apologetic and promised to get a replacement send immediately. The replacement watch arrived THE NEXT DAY. My daughter was incredibly impressed with her gift. We were told just to keep the "faulty" watch.

Everyone I showed the watch too was very complimentary about the watch and the presentation.

I do have a *minor* gripe though - sorry. When ordering, there was an option to have front or back engraved - or both. If only the front is being engraved you are allowed 14 characters, but if you wish the back engraved also, you are reduced to 12 characters. This was a slight annoyance as it meant my daughter's name would not fit and we had to be a little inventive.

Overall, this did not ruin my experience.

Omg what an amazing company! From packaging to personal touch beautiful. I ordered a,personalised wine glass , it is beautiful not tacky like I've had in past! Absolutely worth every penny and the price another shocker from the item I received very special. Will definitely use again !! And recommend!!

Ordered a watch as a RN graduation present I can’t express how beautiful the watch is, would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the tankard, but disappointed not to get the presentation box. Unfortunately I had difficulty in placing the order. Had to contact the company and was told to use another method, but in doing so the box got missed off the order. A genuine mistake. As this is for a 21st birthday present it would have been nice to have the box.

It is very rare for me to make comments but the customer service with this company is second to none.
The large gin glass I ordered and had engraved was beautifully packed and arrived very quickly, safe and sound.

My locket and chain arrived yesterday. It's beautifully crafted and the quality is excellent. The added option to upload a photo just made it extra special.

I ordered two engraved whiskey glasses which arrived swiftly and were packaged beautifully. The quality of the glasses & engraving was brilliant. There was a small error in one of the engravings, but the customer care team responded quickly and sent a whole new order out, which arrived perfectly the very next day. Brilliant service. Ordered 2 engraved whisky glasses but unfortunately one got broken in transit. In less than 24hrs we have received a replacement glass completeing the set. They are beautifully engraved and presented. Thankyou !

Super fast delivery of a pair of silver cufflinks and pocket watch. Both arrived in beautiful boxes and packaging. A small issue with one of the cufflinks was swiftly dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. The returns policy is easy and communication with the company personal.
