I ordered the T26 pro translate earbuds and got the T2 earbud that has only 16 languages non of which are Spanish so I asked for a refund because these are useless and they asked if I would take $2 for compensation I said I would like a full refund of $30 like I paid. They said if I wanted to send them back and pay the shipping they would refund me but only the $9.99 I paid I of course want my full of $30 which I paid. They once again wrote back and said they would give me $3 compensation I again said no I want the full refund and a shipping label from them to return the item as it is of no use to me. I will never ever buy from them again and I would recommend you not to also they are a scam. If I could give them a negative 10 I would.

This is a hoax. I ordered a translator earbud. Then I had to pay for the postage just to find out that they sent me normal earbuds and not translator earbuds. No sense to return it as it will cost me more to return it than it cost me and they know that. Do not use them.

I gave enjoyaiylife one star only because the site wouldn’t allow me to give anything lower. I waited longer than I expected to receive my order. In fact it was never delivered. I received notice that the package reached my local USPS office but was intercepted. No other information given. When I contacted the carrier to find out what the problem was, they responded that they could find out why it was being returned to the sender if I sent more money. The company is extremely untrustworthy.

This company is terrible. They charged me more than what was agreed upon, and they sent the wrong product. When I contacted them, they claimed they had sent the correct item based on their supervisor's reasoning. As a result, I couldn't get a refund, only a $5 compensation.

I ordered from a fb ad, that was the 1st mistake, 2nd ad guaranteed fast shipping 5-7 days, I placed an order on October 21st 2024 and it is November 30th and I still have not received the items, luckily for me I purchased via PayPal credit and was able to file a claim initially denied in favor of the seller however I called and appealed it and PayPal refunded me the money. My total was $59.99 and I was charged $15 in tax when my tax rate 6.5% for where I live. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... Update the company claimed the product was delivered in Miami Florida I live in North Central Alabama. According to PayPal my package bounced back and forth from Birmingham Alabama and Miami Florida multiple times and that is why I was issued the refund via PayPal buyer protection due to the the inconsistency in the shipping. If I could upload photos of proof i would but I can't here, but I did provide photo evidence in PayPal claim.

This Company is a Scam in the worst way. My foundation couldn't be pumped out of the bottle. We had to remove the lid which is not made to be removed. Put back on and only pumped 1 squirt. Emailed the company...they wanted all kinds of pictures of packaging...that wasn't enough..they wanted a video too, jpg 20mb, it wouldn't send and after several messages i said i wanted my money refunded they "offered $2" after I paid $25.99. All the social media they had adds on are all gone now...they're out of the UK, and product comes from China.
US AUTHORITIES need to get after these criminals!!! BEWARE!!!

If there was a ‘no star’ review I would have chosen that. These people are nothing but scammers. They pretend to send you the product and then say there was something wrong with the address and say you have to pick it up but don’t tell you where. When I complained they sent me a number to call - that number is not in service. Don’t give these scammers any of your money. And, NO, I’m not a fake review, I assure you I have lost money.

Terrible company to buy from. Customer service is terrible. They over priced their product and if it doesn’t work out then they don’t refund. It’s better to look on amazon for better prices and customer service.

Horrible company. The foundation is just a white moisturizer and not anything else. Tried to charge me an extra 5.99 until I called them on it. Still 26.00 down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible. They want your money. Will not return your product

Please, please read all the reviews. This company is fraudulent and do not deliver their product. I fell for the scam by following a link on Instagram from two women that claimed to use it. That’s another thing, do not press links on instagram because a lot of them are fake. I was also charged double for what they said the product costs. I have asked them to send me a refund but they refuse.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM! They have taken my money and you never get a reply. Or you get some automated email saying they are sorry. They have other products so check where it is coming from.

I have been getting the run around from this company for a month. And they will not refund my money even though I have the shipping insurance. Buyer beware.

Ordered a blouse advertised on Facebook. They sent a small & I ordered a 2XL. I notified them about their mistake. I followed their instructions to take a photo & send it to them. They replied with an apology & an offer of $2.00 USD. I paid $32.00. I quickly replied it was their mistake & I wanted a full refund. They replied with an offer of $4.00. What do I do with a blouse 4 sizes too small?

I placed an order and ask to cancel. Response came the order has shipped and cant be canceled. It took 4 weeks for the order to arrive. The shirt i ordered is nothing like i ordered, unable to wear and the foundation bottle seems to be empty. I am awaiting a response to return and a refund. If no response, i will contact paypal.

Ordered a lock picking tool 9-3-24.
Item still not received as of writing today 10-08-24.
They sent a fraudulent reply that said shipping in transit but also sent something showing "order created" 10-07-2024.
Very untrustworthy company.

My order took 2 weeks to arrive and it was promised within 7-10 days. I asked them to cancel the order and they erroneously said it had shipped. Now I'm trying to get a refund and return the item and all they do is send me the same email confirming my order was delivered. They won't tell me where to return the item.

Like many others on here I clicked on an ad for Cakes silicone cups. Ordered 2 and went on with my day. What arrived were some other cheap stick on cups from some other company. No idea how they were able to do that. I had a tracking info from Shop.com so was able to trace the order to that company. So confused.. looked up the return policy and it is jacked. They require you to request the return address via email and then never send it. They asked me for a reason for my return and I said the cups I recieved are not what I ordered. They came back and said they looked into it and they are what I ordered so they will not give me the address. I insisted so they replied with an offer of a $2 refund. Again, I declined. I just want to return these ridiculously cheap and incorrectly sized stick on cups. I even offered to pay for shipping. They stopped responding. I am trying to figure out how I can get my money back. These guys are so awful. Just criminals.
