They charged me 900 euros for the full replacement of a windshield !!! A small impact we were absolutely not aware and responsible for !!! Instead of trying to fix it like every company like Carglass would do for 50 euros , they charged us 900 euros for full replacement !!!! And guess what …despite taking the mid range insurance , Europcar Mykonos don’t even propose a full insuring covering glass and windshields ! Such a shame ! One thing is sure … I will never rent a car with Europcar anymore … first time I did it but I will continue with Sixt next time . Very pour way to end holidays

Stay away! Very Disappointing
Also, even though they mention that they have an office at the airport: they Do not! They pick you up with a shuttle bus(which was late 30 minutes) and take you back(which was late again 30+ minutes )

I received a car that was defective. Fortunately, we noticed it immediately when driving off ... because the rear tires were blocked. I wonder why they don't check the cars as a priority - we spent way too much time in the office (over an hour) and they did not make any concession. Neither upgrade, nor with the insurance. I felt like I was in a low cost car rental. At least the employee was nice and this is the only reason for two Stars.

They were very unfriendly and I would not use them again. Also, when we went to return the car they wanted charge us 30 euros to go .5kilo. That price for such little distance is ridiculous. I have never rented a car where they are no willing to drop you off at the hotel where you are staying. The sad part is that the hotel called and spoke to them to make sure they would bring us back and they did not.

the stuff are great, but the the presentive late for 10 minuts and we looked for him at the airport and forced to make international call to the office, asking for someone to meet as.

The worst rental car I’ve ever had
The worst rental car I’ve ever had. It was a Toyota Aygo. Slightly underpowered for the slopes of the island, which it wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t for the fact that the car had 80’000’km on the clock and the clutch was only kicking-in in last 10%. Never had a rental with so many miles on the clock, let alone alone in a place where it only takes 20’ to go from one end to the other. The price was good and the car was clean. It says it’s in the airport, but it isn’t. If you book to collect or drop before 8:00am, they’ll charge you about €30 more of the advertised price, despite of the website allowing you to select 7:00 it won’t add the extra for early pick up when you pay online. Similarly the advertised closing time is 21:00, but when I said I was going to drop off the car at 9pm, they said they close 8:30pm.
Update 1:
I’m surprised you’d say that I must have booked on a different company. I’ve booked using europcar’s website, and picked up the car from a europcar office (the only in Mykonos) and the contracts was on europcar’s paperwork… and the only reason I’ve posted a review is because you’ve sent me a link (Via a partner called Sitejabber) asking for my experience after returning the car. You couldn’t find an booking under ‘Perkman’ as it’s an Alias, but I’ve already submitted my booking ref. and I can send you pictures of the number plate of the car and the odometer reading 78’380km on collection.
Update 2:
I was wondering what was the outcome of the investigation. I've not heard anything since but I can imagine that now that I've provided my booking number it would be pretty straight forward to track down the car I've been given and find if in fact had 80'000km on the clock as I mentioned or if it has 'very low mileage' as you were expecting based on your company standards. Thanks!
