Sono contento e abbastanza soddisfatto, ma è piuttosto lungo e mi aspettavo di meglio

Mi dispiace lasciare questa recensione perché in passato mi ero trovato bene con loro, ma questa esperienza è stata davvero deludente.

Avevo effettuato regolarmente la richiesta di reso nei tempi previsti, ma per motivi di salute non sono riuscito a spedire il prodotto immediatamente. Nonostante abbia spiegato la situazione e nonostante si trattasse di un articolo di valore molto contenuto (circa 30€), non è stata trovata alcuna soluzione concreta né un minimo di flessibilità commerciale.

La cosa che trovo poco sensata è che il prodotto sia già rientrato presso di loro, ma mi venga comunque chiesto di pagare un’ulteriore spedizione per riaverlo indietro, invece di proporre almeno un buono o una gestione più orientata al cliente.

Capisco l’esistenza delle policy, ma il modo in cui un’azienda gestisce le eccezioni e i clienti abituali fa la differenza.

Peccato, perché bastava davvero poco per trasformare una situazione spiacevole in un’esperienza positiva.

Tabella taglie non corrispondente assolutamente, la taglia M starebbe grande qualsiasi persona.

FiveFourFive is great!

I've been shopping products from FiveFourFive for about 3/4 years now and i've never actually been disappointed. Quality was always on point, i've worn everything a lot and haven't had any problems just yet. I have bought plenty of linnen trousers, several jeans, about 5 sweatshirts, one longsleeve a hat and a beanie and everything was alway great.

The only downside might be their prices. They are for my liking on the more expensive side (not like a designer or something but still not cheap for everyday fashion), but i'll happily spend 150 Euros for a great pair of jeans which lasts long, is comfortable and fits well than spend 150 Euros on 3 pairs of H&M jeans which all together last not even a fraction as long as the one's from FiveFourFive do.

I'm actually very sad seeing so many negative reviews because i really fell in love with the brand, probably my most worn brand.

Similar to the other customers below, I have had an issue with the quality and VAT charges upon return.

Quality - the materials are not breathable at all and the T-shirts have very cheap fabric.

VAT charges - FiveFourFive.it do not document their return labels and invoice for you properly so you incur VAT charges, unlike many other online marketplace websites (ssense, mytheresa, cettire, farfetch); when you ask them to help dispute, they say that I should do it... even though they pay the VAT charge on your behalf.

These are low quality products. I paid well over €100 for a sweater. The product I bought was completely unusable. The hole for the head was only a couple of inches wide - I could barely fit my arm through, never mind a human head. My 4 year old nephew couldn’t even get his head through. Even at €20 I’d be disappointed, but at €100+ I am outraged. Do not buy from this company.

The worst part - it took almost a month to receive the goods, plus extremely hefty delivery, customs and VAT charges, which almost doubled the item cost. I’d try to return the goods, but it would probably cost as much as the amount of refund!

Bought an item that didn't fit so I returned only to find that they charge you 29 euros for a return dhl label plus hefty custom charges on top that come out of your final refund amount, essentially leaving with you nothing.. I will never be purchasing from this brand again complete waste of time and money.

compro una maglietta verde ricevo una maglietta verde di un modello diverso (che costava meno), scrivo che l'articolo è errato e mi chiedono di fare il reso.Lo faccio.In attesa di ricevere l'articolo giusto mi dicono che non lo hanno più e quindi mi costringono ad acquistare lo stesso modello ma di colore nero.Mio malgrado accetto. mi inviano un maglione giallo! e all'ennesimo sollecito via mail non rispondono più.aggiorno:rispondono dandomi un appuntamento per un giorno in cui non sono disponibile per ritirare il collo e farmi il rimborso. Acquisto prodotti da questo brand ormai da più di un anno e mezzo e non ho mai avuto problemi. La qualità è molto alta, la spedizione veloce, i fit pazzeschi e si ha la sicurezza che il prodotto sia davvero "Made in Italy". Metto 4 stelle e non 5 perché comunque reputo i prezzi leggermente alti e perché la spedizione in Italia viene 7.9 euro, un po' eccessivo.

Felpa grigia e blu del drop si ottobre. La felpa è molto bella esteticamente ma ha dei materiali davvero pessimi…. Felpa da 5 euro, ho felpe Zara che hanno materiali migliori

Consegna puntuale, qualità eccezionale, ricomprerò sicuramente.

In un mondo dove tendiamo ad acquistare principalmente fast fashion di grandi marchi più o meno pregiati, FiveFourFive si pone come un'ottima alternativa Made in Italy a grandi marchi come Carhartt/Dickies (dai quali il marchio prende ispirazione) rielaborandoli in chiave italiana e ad un prezzo (seppur non basso ma comunque minore dalla concorrenza delle marche prima citate) assolutamente giustificato dalla qualità dei materiali impiegati e dalla cura della produzione.

Gli ordini arrivano entro circa una settimana dall'acquisto online, in Italia i costi di spedizione si aggirano nell'ordine di 5-10€. Ho personalmente acquistato:
- due T-Shirt;
- Pullover "545 Oxford Sweater" (retail price 130€);
- Workwear Jacket (retail price 170€);
- Fleece Jacket (retail price 140€).

Sono stato anche al loro pop-up store a Napoli dove ho acquistato:
- 2 pantaloni in lino;
- maglia dolce vita in cachemire.

Continuerò sicuramente ad acquistare in futuro.
