I had an issue with a damaged desktop panel when my order first arrived, but the customer support team handled the situation professionally and worked with me to find a solution.
Special thanks to Mc Wezer for being patient and responsive throughout the process. They helped arrange an upgraded replacement desktop and made the process much smoother than expected.
Appreciate the support and communication.

I recently purchased an E2 standing desk from FlexiSpot and had a great experience with their customer service team. I accidentally ordered the wrong desk top size and realized later that it would not fit in my room. After contacting support, they were very understanding and helped arrange a replacement for the correct size.
The support team was responsive, polite, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even allowed me to keep the original table top, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service and support I received from FlexiSpot. Thank you again for the excellent assistance!

Delayed order - waste of my time
Ordered a folding walking pad and ten weeks later still waiting only to be told it may arrive in a months time. Don't sell items on your website if you don't have them in stock. Will no be using them again.

Recliner sat in factory while company tried to figure out address from autofill address, was shipped in 4 pieces and arrived over 3 days, assembly was a pain, and topping things off, the recliner is really low quality. Lame, really.
The massage is just a mild vibration. The materials are cheap.
If you want a recliner go get one in a furniture store, or Costco.

Ludicrous Policies
I bought the flexispot desk bike V9-MAX. Great machine. Felt premium and for a long time I was a big fan. I would pitch it to all my friends who worked from home. About a year later the crank arm pedal thread stripped and I tried to find a replacement online. I could not find one. Come to find out, if you are in need of repairs or replacement parts after the warantee the company will not send you one nor will they even sell you one. Their only statement is to tape it up. That's an official statement. "Try teflon tape".

Very disappointed with the customer service experience. I ordered a desk and requested a replacement for a larger desktop frame, even after paying the price difference after a week I was told today that the order still hadn’t even been modified yet and that they would “do it today.”
Every time I call, I have to explain the entire situation again to a different representative just to get minimal information.
The lack of communication, accountability, and proper follow-up has made this a very frustrating experience. A simple written confirmation or proactive update would have gone a long way. I expected much better service for such an expensive desk
L-shaped Desk Success
I had purchased a desk for my home art studio set-up but unfortunately because of the two leg design for an L-shape it was not sturdy enough and would constantly wobble.
I wrote Flexispot a few times and when it became unbearable for me I decided it was time to film the video showing the issue and sent my receipt. The customer service team was amazing!
They were able to see that my desk was discontinued and they sent me a new desk to remedy the issue. I am beyond grateful because this new desk is exactly what i wanted. It is sturdy, secure, safe and strong.
I will continue to be a Flexispot customer due to their support, warranty, and customer service.
