My requirements for M9 (desk convertor) was to only need this to expand my workspace for a small desk (dimensions which are 42" width by 21". I did not intend to use the riser for vertical movement. I was thinking that I could place this riser on the table so it would expand my width to 46.9" and length to 31.2 I would leave it in the lowest position - although I would have to remove the casters in the front so as not to tilt the riser if I left it hanging out a bit more at the back.

I asked support/customer service and Vince agreed that it could be done when several had suggested that it was not recommended. I did not want to purchase and return.

Excellent customer service from Charlene. When I bought the E7 pro desk, I also bought a cable management tray, not knowing that it was already included with the desk. I got a complete refund right away.

Desk came with a crack across it on Saturday. They dealt with it in a prompt and clear way; they're sending me a new top, hassle-free.

I broke one of their chairs after 2 years of use and they replaced it fast. Excellent service!

Great customer service. I messed up and ordered the wrong sized recliner. They helped me find the proper size, refunded my original order and promptly sent the proper sized one. Communication was excellent.

I bought their E5 twice, and one of them had a problem with the leg part. They quickly reviewed my video and offered suggestions. After finding that it was hard to repair, they quickly sent me a replacement. I had a great experience with FlexiSpot and would buy from them again in the future.

Ordered an E7 frame and a two tabletops (one of them to fit an older frame). There was some damage obviously related to the shipping and the support team made it right very quickly. The product looks great and I would trust them again for another desk purchase.

I am disappointed with my experience with FlexiSpot. After a period of use, the desk became noticeably wobbly and unstable. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself by following several YouTube tutorials, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved.

What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of accessible customer support. I tried contacting the hotline multiple times, but no agents were available to assist. I also attempted to reach the live chat support on the FlexiSpot website on two separate occasions without success.

Given the price and reputation of the product, I expected better product reliability and a more responsive customer service experience

I received the E7 Pro desk. Everything came well packaged and solid. The frame is particularly beautiful and well made. I found it to be easy assembly and had the right tools - which was great. I had a few questions and Vince from the Customer Service responded instantly. They are a great company - very happy customer here.

Paketversand kommt in drei unterschiedlichen Lieferungen mit Tagen zwischen den Auslieferungsdaten. Jetzt habe ich nach einer Woche die Tischbeine und den Bürostuhl erhalten. Von der Tischplatte ist kein Update mehr seit Tagen.

Echt Schade, da andere Verkäufer wie Desktronic da in der Vergangenheit besser waren.
