It was a free for all, as soon as they have filled the bus at keflavik airport it goes. I gave my friend the tickets to get on the bus whilst I put the suitcases on only to find they would not let her on the bus, stating they did not know me! We had booked our bus on the way back to ensure we got a place on the bus, otherwise you could miss your flight. The bus was hot and uncomfortable considering how much you pay. They do not scan your tickets that you have purchased.

Pricey, rude staff (one lady in particular) & expect to be picked up in Reykjavík with one bus and have to transfer to another to get to the airport, so it’s quite faffy. With this in mind, make sure you leave enough time - probably an extra 30/45 mins.

We would just pay for a taxi next time to be honest.

Nachdem wir den Bus bestiegen haben, mussten wir weitere 45 Minuten im Bus warten, bevor der losgefahren ist. Der Busfahrer war während der Fahrt, wenn auch nur kurz, am Handy. Das W-Lan hat im Bus nicht, wie versprochen, funktioniert.

I'm glad I learned about FlyBus. My flight from IAD arrived at KEF airport around 9 a.m. In booking with FlyBus I learned that it coordinates its departures from the airport based on actual flight arrivals. I also found I could take a local FlyBus once it arrived in Reykjavik Center and it would take me directly to my hotel - all for just under $45. Compared with a taxi fee of at least $100, FlyBus was a really good deal.

Note that you need to locate the right departure point at KEF: upon exiting the airport, look to your right for the diagonally parked buses, and search out the one marked FlyBus Reykjavik Center. Don’t be distracted by the buses that come and go from the parking lot that’s on your left as you leave the terminal. They are not the buses you want. (The buses you want are on one side of a covered walkway and the taxi queue is on the other side of the walkway. You’ll find the walkway when you get close to the chain link fence that's visible as you exit the terminal.) Your baggage will be stowed below, and after about a 40-minute drive you'll arrive at the transfer point, BSI. BSI Bus Terminal is the main bus hub in Reykjavik, serving as a key starting point for tours and airport transfers to Keflavik International Airport.

When I booked my one-way transfer from the airport, I found my hotel was among those served by Reykjavik Excursions through my FlyBus transfer ticket. All I had to do upon arriving at BSI was gather my luggage and wait about 10 minutes for the departure of the bus that served my hotel. While it does mean you have to handle your luggage from one place to another, the distances were not significant - not even a minute's walk from one bus to the next. So, travel light!

Very well organised. Thought the price was high until I found out how far the trip was. Then changed my mind. Spot on service and price

Unfortunately I can't give 0, I had payed a transport from Malaga airport but my plane was delayed and I contacted company for reschedule my transport but I didn't get any answer. I tried to logg in my page but couldn't logg in. I thought that maybe I had forgotten my password and send a request with "forgot your password?" But I didn't get any email. I tried to do that several times but no e-mail. Then I tried to make a new account and then I got un answer that I already had an account with that email. So it was impossible to contact conpany by my pages as you should. After that I decided to fill out their request form at
their homepage but as I told no response. Nobody wasn't waiting for me at airport at Malaga. This was my firs time to test this company and last. I will never use this company in the future and I don't recommend it for anyone else ether, you will not get your money back and it is impossible to contact them. Totally unreliable.
