Still waiting for my online order which was purchased more than 2 weeks ago. No service, no feedback- I have calked numerous times. All in all a very bad experience.

Lovely dresses but terrible shop to buy online, poor customer service. I’ve made and order I have never received my dress… after I contacted them and complaint a thousand times they said they would refund me which I’m still waiting for it. Would not recommend no one to buys from their online shop.

I had ordered size 10 and I got size 8 that too in bad condition. It had oil stains on one sleeves and black marks on back . I have paid cash on delivery and now they are saying it will take 15 days to return it . Very disappointed with the service. Not going to buy it on line ever again !
Pleasant surprise
I recently ordered a linen blazer for a wedding, then went online to check reviews. Uh-oh, alarm bells rang when i read all the negative reviews, and i mentally kissed my blazer and my money goodbye. Super pleasant surprise when my item arrived, nicely packaged, very quickly (3 days). Was linen, reasonably well made with pleats and tails tailor stitched to keep it nice in packaging. Correct size and colour. Im a happy person. I gave 4 stars as it will need a good steaming to unwrinkle it, but this site doesnt deserve the reviews im seeing here.

I have tried contacting there customer service no of times but there executives are busy and you are never connected . I have written mails to them . I get an autogenerated email with ticket no which is automatically closed without issue being resolved . I have very bad experiences for refund of an online purchase
Love the styles, hate the customer service
I am on to my second order in two months where something has gone wrong and I've had to chase them for a refund via PayPal. In November 2022 I ordered a top online, and a month later it hadn't arrived. I reached out to Forever New and they said that the order had been cancelled due to low stock and an automatic refund had been issued. It had not bene issued and I had not been notified of the cancelled order at any point. Customer Service refused to do anything so I raised a case with PayPal and got my money back. If I hadn't followed up I would never have seen my money. In December 2022 I ordered a top online that arrived in January 2023, but was falling apart on arrival - it was just such terrible quality and looked hideous. I took it to be refunded in store and was told I could not get a refund as it was a sale item. I pushed the issue because they do allow refunds for defective sale items under their refund policy. The retail worker reluctantly 'refunded' me and said the money would be returned to my original method (again PayPal), though she refused to refund the shipping cost, which is think is unfair if the product is defective. My money has not been returned and I've had to raise another ticket with PayPal to demand a refund. I love Forever New styles but don't want to spend all my free time chasing returns for items that were never delivered or faulty. The customer service could not be worse. Save your money for a retailer with a proper returns system. I know they stock Forever New at The Iconic and Myer, which are reliable retailers.

If I could choose no stars I would. Ordered size 14 trousers, their mistake sent size 10. It took me a week to get them to pay for the return freight, however even though their website says they have size 14, they say they don’t? And they won’t refund me until the trousers are received back, their error again not mine! Never buying anything from you again, shame on you!

Stock is not accurate
I have tried twice to purchase dresses online - both times were not a success. After a couple days you get an email saying they cannot fulfill the order as there's no stock. Takes another few days wait to get a refund. I will not be buying from this website again.

Purchased an item online. Called and the person answer the phone 'Customer Service" - Sanjeevani. Gave a one line response. I'm sorry I can't help. Will get my manager to call you 'Monica'.
I called the next day she gave the same response. A week later I still haven't heard from Monica. I call again. This time Monica answers the phone. Tells me the same. Sorry I cannot help give you a refund on return item. Only store credit. I explained I have no interest dealing with company again and I want my money back. she explained that, that was no going to happen. I asked to escalate the matter to her manager. She advise the that it stops with her and she has no intention of escalating the matter. I pushed the issue as I want my money back. She eventually said she'll get someone to call me back 'Amanda' but she will give me the same response. When I went to ask another question she hung up on me.
That's Forever New Customer service for you..
I will not stop as I have no intention of giving them money for nothing.
Next I'm going to Ombudsman, as I cannot see how a company can hold onto my money and they have to returned item.

I bought a skirt almost a month ago; It didn't fit so I sent it back for an exchange. I received an email to say it had arrived back with Forever New 14 days ago, but I received no updates after that. Customer service just told me that the skirt is out of stock now so they 'cancelled' my exchange (without telling me). I just want a refund now, but that hasn't happened yet. I also received a dress in the wrong size after waiting for two weeks (even though it was Express Post) with no emails on its whereabouts or estimated delivery date, although I began receiving emails on its supposed whereabouts AFTER it had arrived, which I found confusing. I've never had any trouble with Forever New online until now. It's been pretty bad recently. Good quality clothing though...
Online shopping experience is dreadful
Online shopping experience is dreadful. They sent me the wrong item, so I emailed their service team. Their service team directed me to their FAQs/website to arrange return. But their returns FAQs sent me back to their service team to get the return done with postage paid. Such an unneccessary time waste / run around. If you are going to buy Forever New products online, Iconic is a much, much better experience (their service team know their processes well, and returns are free in most instances, and super easy to arrange).

Their online service is pathetic. Those who reading my comments humble request not to book from their site... I spent hours selecting products, paid in advance and then even after weeks didn't get anything... What I got was broken and I been asked to send Pic and more artifacts then their team initiating refunds...
Further my product of almost 4500 canceled but I was not made aware until I called their CC.... Very bad service and I promise not to buy from their site ever

I bought a coat and found price drop in 7 days, emailed and called forever new customer service to confirm, i can require to credit of the difference. but when i reached Sylvia park store in NZ, their manager rejected it. the reason she gave is, i used $50 voucher, and i can't returned as well, since label is gone. she is really rude, and yelling her rule in the store, she can't credit or refund, and pointed at the return / refund police at her checkout counter, asked me to read myself.

I am in NZ and bought a top on Forever New online, the top never arrived. I called at the store and insted of they worry and try find what happened, they tell me I need call on NZ Post to figure ou what happened. I was around 30 min waiting to talk with someone by the phone, from NZ Post and the person tell me they already delivery it. When I told him that the building manager here didn't find nothing on the cameras on that day and time, the person told me they left the parcel above the mail box. The mail box is located outside of the building in a very busy street in Auckland CBD. They told me they will back to me and nothing until now. I don't have my purchase, or even the refund and wasted a lot of time and patience with that. I cannot believe, it is too much lack of respect with the customer.

Rubbish customer service. Ordered a coat. The order was confirmed and the money was taken. Three days later they emailed me to say they could not deliver and would return my cash within three weeks. When I emailed customer services they said sorry but this can happen and we’re not prepare to offer compensation. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them

I recently bought the brianna midi floral dress in size 18 it fits fine but the sleeves will not stay up so it becomes an off the shoulder.
Most size 18 woman need to wear a bra with straps so this doesnt work.
Besides its not advertised as off the shoulder.
