I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before I ordered from forever new. I was so disappointed with my shopping experience with then. I ordered a dress a dress for my son and daughters christening. I had been looking for a dress for ages and this dress just looked perfect for the occasion. Pity it never arrived. I was still being told 'rest assured' it will arrive within 10 business days despite it being well past the 10 working days. I asked for a refund and I was told they could not cancel an order already placed. Eventually they did admit they had no idea where my dress was and I received a full refund, which I suppose I'm lucky I got. Don't rely on them if you need an outfit for a special occasion, have a plan B!!

Terrible company
Ordered a coat from forever new, been 7 days since I heard anything and that was an email to say my order has been cancelled as its no longer in stock although 7 days later it is still available to buy online. Avoid at all costs
Bad return and exchange policy
I am a consistent customer with, i ordered a jump suit online, and due to the lock down in Sydney, i was unable to return it. It passed 14 days, then i sent an email explaining the situation and if there other ways to get any store credit or return. there respond was “Since, you have passed the 14 day return timeline hence the system does not allow you to place an online return request. Unfortunately there is nothing much we could do and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. ” i am ver upset and won’t buy anything from them. The way they answered was very unprofessional. Not recommended al all.
Love the clothes but back end very disappointing
Love these clothes, I know my size and the product is generally what you ask for. The online vouchers leave a lot to be desired. One time I got a $50 voucher and it expired before the date so I had to get it reinstated. Another time I had a $25 birthday voucher and I applied it at checkout but when I paid, the voucher somehow disappeared. I asked for credit to replace the voucher and was told I’d have to go in store. I said I live three hours from the nearest store and was told I could use the voucher on another purchase. It was only when I explained that the voucher had expired, hence the date I made the purchase, that they awarded me another voucher. The dress was not as advertised and I have paid for the return and am still waiting to have the slip emailed to me. Showpo is instant, I don’t understand why Forever New takes almost 48 hours to send a return slip.
It was the worst service ever
It was the worst service ever. They can't explain what is the difference between refund and getting my money back but trey say these are two different things. Bought 2 dresses on line, different sizes ( size 12 and size 14) I was told that I can gladly return the one that will not fit of which I did. I took the dress back to the nearest mall and I was told that I will only get my refund in 5-7 days and to date I haven't received my money and when I inquire they say it might take 7-10 days. What a disgrace. Now they have both their dress and my money. It is that difficult to transfer the money back to the account that I paid from??? What is their version of a refund??
Poor sizing
Ordered 3 items, only 1 actually fit me as the range of size between the pieces for a 14 was vast; coat far too big but top too short.
The biggest bug bare is having to pay to return these items. Sending a coat back is going to be costly and this will stop me from ordering from them ever again.
Very poor service from this company
Very poor service from this company. I ordered a skirt and got sent a jacket. Contacted them and they said I had to pay to send back. I did, then had a very long and drawn out saga of getting my money back for the original ordered skirt and they are refusing to pay me back postage fees for the incorrect item. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Wast of time and money. Wish I read reviews first take notice of this.
Avoid using their website to buy…
Avoid using their website to buy anything from Forever New! In less than a month I ordered two different coats. In both cases I had to chase them because I did not receive the item or an email saying it was at least shipped. 7-10 days after purchasing the items I got an email saying that the item was not in stock!! Do not buy from them, do not waster your time and money and buy from other online stores. In UK other online shops which are reliable sell their products Zalando, Fenwich and John Lewis!
Extremely bad quality clothing brand
I have ordered from Forever New on three occasions and with both orders items have been faulty. The first item I purchased was a turtleneck jumper and the shoulder seam had a hole. I decided not to send back because you have to pay postage fees , which seems completely unfair for faulty goods. I sewed up the hole myself! Rightly or wrongly I have purchased since and again in my last order, the seam of a cuff completely unravelled. This time I decided to return the item. Terrible clothes, terrible customer service. Must be avoided.
Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I really need an item from forever new which is sold out in nz stores and online, I asked them if i can get it Australian website and I’m happy to pay the courier charge as well. But they didn’t help me at all. They are not helping to customers to achieve their needs. Never going to shop with them in future and not recommend to my family or friends. Poor service.
Do not buy anything
Pls don’t buy online - I ordered a bag and it’s zip was faulty. Returned item and they refunded but won’t refund postage on order ?? Saying it’s a cost I need to cover ?? What they sent me a faulty item why am I paying your companies postage cost ?? Will defo not order from this company every again !! Plus so rude even when they are at fault
Very poor quality
Bought a pair of trousers from forever new and despite very bad quality and how thin the material was I decided to keep them as they did fit me well. Unfortunately it was a mistake as after one wear the material wore off, one more wear and they will have holes all over :(
No refund and store credit...
I purchased online and when I got the dress, it was small for me. So I went to store to refund and they gave me credit store . The $10 delivery is gone as well. In store I couldn’t find any maxi dress full price or sales items) to buy . Very disappointing!

I am taking legal action against store and that girl Tina too!! The quality of the cloth has decreased. The material and stitching are very poo.
I had been a customer of ForeverNew for years. This month I had purchased 2 of their new dresses. Both dresses after 2 or 3 washes, all the buttons started to come off. Even though I had put on gentle wash...It had happened to the other dress that I had bought. The clothes that I had bought long long before, they are still good. I buy the cloth from them because of the quality and style, but just style and no quality. I am very disappointed.

Do not order online from here! If it doesn’t fit they won’t refund just give you store credit, had the product for a grand total of 48hours and have now gone in store tried a few more items with the same issue, (apparently they don’t allow for a behind) now I have a credit I can’t use and all I got was a copy paste BS answer
So rude
Went into garden city store on 31/12/2020 to exchange one item that didn’t fit my daughter and was served by a tall slim girl with long frizzy blondish hair. She was honestly so rude during the exchange that I will NEVER shop there again. Their loss because I shop there frequently but believe me when I say that she was so rude that I will never purchase again!! Think she needs some training in customer service. I was not rude to her at all. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Really dishonest and misleading rewards program. I spent $500 dollars and got a $50 rewards voucher. The sales girl told me it would last for a year and on the rewards web page it never said it would expire at all but when I went back to spend the voucher 2 months later they told me it had expired. I contacted them but they refuse to refund it. So dishonest, will never shop their again.
