I received the wrong order. The customer service was great at first, wanted to just return the wrong pair and get the right pair instead. However, after I was given the return slip and sent the skates and tool back, I haven’t received any response to my emails for over a month.

Terrible customer service. Even if I loved the product, I would not use this company again. Skates are cute but no better than the cheaper versions on Amazon.

My skate bag was missing in my order and they send it out the next day ! Skates are great quality, love my purchase

I reached of to the company several times. The skates were ordered the first part of Aug I didn’t receive updates, or a warning it would be longer than two weeks. I didn’t get the skates until late September. Love the skates, hate the lack of communication.

These skates are the most comfortable skates I've purchased, the style alone is really worth the buy. But I'd really love to shout out the help desk peeps, they work really well with making sure your needs are met. If you have any issues with your order I'd say they are pretty prompt with handling it. Fixed up my situation and plus some. Keep it up foxyskates! 👍🏾

Skates are great, but took a month of ship. I never got an email saying there was a delay in the shipping

The skates for my 7 year old granddaughter were a 9 adult. I asked for a 9 children size. Not sure how to send them back

I bought my granddaughter a pair of these last year but she has grown out of those and wanted a new pair. The new ones will be given to her for Christmas.

The skates fit great and seem comfy (though the break feels a little too short or like it is too high up, we'll see how that goes when I use them).

HOWEVER, they took over 2 weeks to ship (unlike what it is stated in their FAQ section). They took some time to answer my emails (in fact what got a response what the 'contact us' form on their website). I was informed that I purchased a pre-sale item in response after repeated inquiries, thus the delay, but that was not informed to me in the description of the item at the time of making the purchase nor on the confirmation emails. Despite late, they arrived in good condition (the box was pretty banged up though) and in the color and sizing I had ordered them.

Do not say delivery will be in 3-5 days, cause it’s not.
But I did so appreciate your prompt replies to my emails and all the notifications after my emails of the prolonged delays. They were always concerned & considerate and informative

I placed an order for foxy skate roller skates and a pair of replacement wheels. Shipping stated that it normally would be sent within a week. I didn’t see anywhere that stated my item was preorderable or would be delayed. After 2 weeks I reached out for an update and was told my skates were on preorder and we’re scheduled to be shipped after another 2 weeks. They gave me the option to pick a new pair of skates or wait and I chose to wait. I finally received my package after almost 2 months with regular check ins where the company was prompt in responding to my concerns. Upon opening my package I noticed that my replacement wheels were the wrong color. To sum it all up the skates seem to be great quality and the colors are just as described on the website but they took a lot longer than expected to arrive. I was disappointed that my replacement wheels were the wrong color but their customer service team notified me that the original color I selected was out of stock and offered to let me keep the wheels and give a partial refund which was nice. I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t order again but I don’t think I’d order expecting them to arrive very quickly next time. They were very nice in trying to keep me updated and happy along the way. Happy I finally am able to enjoy my skates.

These skates are great! My daughter has gone through several pairs of various brands that do not hold up well. These glide and are incredibly smooth and stylish! She loves them! Thank you! A+

The skates are wonderful and have excellent padding and wheels. Bought the royal red and the red is amazing, exactly as pictured. It did take some time to receive the skates from purchase date (website did not say they would be a pre-order), took about a month but sent an email and received a prompt response from their team on what was going on so I do appreciate that. Well worth the wait for the quality and will purchase a different color in the future.

Purchased a pair of dazzling pink 10’s with a pink skate tool for $78.98USD on 9/18/2023. Label created on 9/18/2023 at 5:19pm. No updates, no warning, no communication. FedEx never received the package. Thankfully I checked their “return policy” that states you may only get a refund 30 days after your initial purchase date. I emailed and was told that I WAS in fact emailed and told of the delay d/t a sell out of that product. I don’t appreciate being lied to. I definitely went back and checked to see if I had missed that email. The email they claim to have sent me does not exist. I have requested a refund. I will be in contact with my bank if my money is not expressly returned to me.

Requested to cancel my order before it was shipped but customer service ignored my request and went ahead with shipping. Then they are expecting me to pay for the return.

My order took over a month to ship, I was told through customer service that it would take only 2 weeks. Customer service was prompt on replies at first, I was told I could cancel anytime, but after a month I asked to cancel/ get a refund and they no longer responded to me after multiple emails. They shipped my order which I no longer needed/wanted as expressed in my emails.

False advertising, poor post sale support, required threat of financial institution action to do anything.
