Ordered from this company over a month ago still have not received what I ordered and they dont respond at all. Total scam company! They have now come back and said that my post office returned the product and if I want it I need to pay them more money they are a complete scam. DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered 2 product same size different colour. They arrived 2 weeks later the colour was right the size sizes were marked the same when I took them out one was the correct size the other was about 5 sizes smaller. I took photos and sent an email only to be told basically, bad luck and we will refund you $4 US. About 7% of the original price. I emailed to say this was unfair and received an email pleading to accept as it was all their supervisor would allow, OH and another $1US Never again.

This is a Chinese company based in Jiangsu, and not the US.
I purchased an item from them which was completely defective, they did not accept to refund my money, even after multiple emails sent by me with video proof of the defective product.
Do not shop from them - complete fraud

Their products are the cheapest china crap there is... It´s total trash from the beginning til the end. I´ve done my mistake and never again. Victim of great ads they had... products are so bad!

READ all these reviews. The way they all say “product” instead of sweater or toolbox. How all use the same basic language, talk about packing, add one small mention for improvement. They are wrtitten bu same person or AI. FALSE REVIEWS!

Took two weeks to arrive. Pricing seems decent for the value offered. Quality and design are good, and the packaging was solid. Suggest faster shipping options and more color variety for an overall better experience.
