I order a 24 in 1 Precision Screwdriver set.
I was charge $20.37 on this day of 12/09/2024, but I have not receive any email or any confirmation off purchased, text or the good that I order. I been requesting the money back if I’m not going to get the product with no luck.

I just ordered stuff and realise after 2 weeks when I didn’t receive my products and tried to contact the customer service via email as no phone# available and again tried after 4 weeks to reach out but no response. I spent $245 AUD and I’m still waiting for my goods.. My bad that I did not check the reviews before ordering and trusted blindly and now I am checking all the bad reviews. I learned the lesson hard way after reading these reviews & poor rating. Worst ever Customer Service. Tracking is just a joke, non-existent as I tried multiple times with unsuccessful outcome. My warning, please DO NOT BUY anything from this website.

I previously wrote a review because I did not receive what I ordered by the delivery date given. I ordered December 3, 2024 but what I ordered was received today, December 30, 2024. What I received was significantly smaller than the item on the picture so if a description of the item is provided (dimensions, etc.), please review it before ordering.

Faults advertising, I ordered their advent calendars 3 in the add a lady sits down beside a calendar and it's about 2 and a half feet tall and this calendar I suppose to have an elf in each day box. The lady show an small soft elf about 3 to 4 inched tall when I received the advent calendars the calendar measures 7 Inches by 8 Inches be 3 inches deep not 2 1/2 to 3 feet tall and in the first day of advent there was a plastic little 1 3/4 inch stocking not the soft 3 to 4 Inch elf. Tried to get a refund but couldn't get through and the advertisement was no longer playing.

I took a chance. I did not check reviews. Lesson learned. Product ordered in November with a 2 weeks shipping date. December 26th and no product. No customer service response. Tracking is a joke, non-existent. My fault for not doing due diligence.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

My order says delivered from Australia to unknown through some track17 site dated 9/25/2024 but I ordered 12/13/2024, tried contacting customer service surprise no response. I hate scammers will be reporting through my credit card.service ok update 3wks later after I posted this I got an email saying my money was returned-just beware of ads linking you to buy products that aren't going to ever come, search Amazon or reputed source for same product instead of playing the waiting game..

I did receive the products I bought but I didn’t hear anything from customer service.

Ordered something December 6th. Delivery date continues to get pushed and shipping status says “couldn’t get delivery date”. Seems like the package is unknown. I fully believe this website is a scam and illegal.

If there was “0” that’s what I would write.

I ordered and had already expected delays. My 360 Rotatable Car Rearview Mirror Phone Holder have never arrived.
This company is a straight SCAM
As someone has already said ld be happy to join a class action to have them shut down and gaoled.
Facebook should ban fullofcarts from advertising on any media.

There is Customer Service at Fullofcarts, but they fail to respond or address problems with the piece of crap products they sell and because of this this company literally is stealing people’s money. Fullofcarts is in the fraud business and needs to be stopped. I am ready when you all are ready to file a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company who steals our money. LETS PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS ONCE AND FOR ALL!!

I agree with all of these people who have been scammed from this place! When you try to find out what your package is at they tell you they will give you a phone number but you have to pay them! One time you wanted to charge me $1 they said it was fully refundable! That was a lie! Then I called a day later and they wanted to charge me $5 to talk to someone! It's been almost 10 days and I still have not received my item that I ordered and I can't talk with anybody because it just keep asking me for money to talk to someone! Save yourself the headache and do not order from fullofcarts these people are scam artists! Now I have to call my bank to see if I can get the charges reversed! This is going to be a headache. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from these people! I and begging you people please do not order from these companies that have a bad reputation do your due diligence and check them out before you order from them! Now I have to have the headache of calling my bank and having the charges reversed

Misleading advertising. The item I received was not what was marketed to me. Tried reaching out twice to see if there was a misunderstanding but did not hear back. I feel very sorry for the owner/s because life is miserable when you are ripping people off.

Kinetic heater does not work.
I dollar store toy probably gives off more heat. Customer service is non-existent. Don’t be fooled by this company like I was.

Falsified tracking dates. My order was supposedly delivered November 25th this is BS because my dad birthday is December 1st and I never received it and he headed back out of state before I could even get the item I delivered. SCAM! i filed with my bank and got my money back but still do research before Ordering from anyone online adds.

My wife and ordered from fullofcart over a two weeks ago. We have not received what we ordered, requested they return our money. To date they have essentially stolen our money they should change the name to fullofsh... People do not order from these people,they will rip you off. Does anyone have a street address or phone number for these scammers. If so please send it or post it. We all should file a class action lawsuit to get our money back. And put them out of business, so they will be stopped.

This company LIED when they sent their very first email message to me. It said, "Return to your cart to confirm your order." I had NOT visited their site, therefore, I HAD NO CART. Liars, cheaters and scammers. Avoid them!

I agree with most people writing bad reviews about this company. They’re scammers and have to be shot down their company advertising websites in USA. So sad for elderly people who got scammed.
Don’t waste your hard earned money

Still waiting for my order a month later. Scam company. Will not respond to several emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! They’ve probably begun to fleece people again under a new name already.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Package arrived with counterfeit postage. The post office wants $9.10 to release the package. The Postmaster said that 90% of their packages with counterfeit postage come from China. If I had looked up the selling company before I purchased the item I would have seen that they are big scammers. China cheats and steals the U.S.A. to death and we let them.
