I ordered a ONE OFF product in Feb 26 (Note One Off). However since then they continue to send further products each month taking nearly £70 from my account, despite my telling them on various occasions That I want no further products. They ignore all my Emails. They are con artists and I wouldn't touch them with a poker.

Having been up and down all night peeing for year's it had to try something, using an offer i tried this product and to my amazement I only woke up once the first night after taking the easy to swallow tablets. I've been using them for two months now and rarely need to get up in the night.

Fyne have a great service team and that is why i have given them a 5 star review even after my delivery problems with there carrier EVRI.

I ordered my next batch of pills but I wrongly included a subscription charge, which I did not want, the very patient and lovely Clara sorted out my mistake and resolved my issue while trying very nicely to get me to continue with the subscription and I had to disappoint her by declining. All in a very nice way to do business as I will continue to get repeat orders

The supplements duly arrived and have proved beneficial . However I did not realise ordering them automatically established a monthly subscription! I queried this and wished to cancel. The first message was somewhat sharp and direct and indicated the cost of immediate cancellation. Clara the helpfully clarified that I needed to pay for a second month and then cancel. Before managing to respond due to a holiday i was informed a further shipment was on its way with my account debited. I contacted Clara who was helpful in advising I could now cancel without charge. I agreed to cancel and wished Clara to confirm the continuing subscription had been cancelled. This she did immediately so I was grateful for her advice and action.
Terrible service
Terrible service, I had high hopes for these tablets so set up a subscription but after the 2nd delivery I had to admit to myself they were not working, no difference whatsoever. You cannot cancel your subscription option online only by emailing, I had done this 6 times and never got any help only emails back telling me payment had not been made-I had to cancel through my bank-seems to be an utter scam of a company-steer clear,

I wouldn't say it was great as the ordering system was confusing and I ended up order more than i needed. I sent a message which Clare picked up and did her best to resolve the error. It had already been dispatched so I only got a 30% reduction. I hope they help my situation
