I used the chat service and dealt with Abu Tahir. He was super helpful and provided me with a quote for 3 parks that was better than any others I'd seen. Once I spoke to my family, we decided to go ahead and again Abu dealt with the ticketing process quickly and efficiently. The tickets arrived very quickly and we've had no issues using them at any of the parks. I had a query and the after care has also been fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will use them again next time I'm here.

The wait time was over 2hrs and the security also made us throw our water bottles, which made the experience extremely exhausting, especially for my kids.
By the time we reached the top, our energies were drained out and there was no excitement left to reach the top.
There was a lot of mismanagement from the team as well.

The best ever

I bought the tickets at the same day with Visiting IMG. In 5-10 minutes I received them on email. if you want to buy voucher for meal, I dont recommend, inside the IMG it wast 57 dhm for meal instead of 70 for voucher. Per total it was great.

I was a bit afraid before buying from the website, of course did a research so finally i decided to try them and i bought 3 IMG tickets, and went perfectly well, dont buy the same day , buy it before the trip date. U will receive the ticket the morning of your visit date. I will use them again. It is not a scam website. Thank you

Staff is very helpful ie Raymond Sadaz as he had given me full assistance how to get that QR code of my entrace ticket. He guided me as well re bout the place. The Green Planet is something expectacular to enjoy especially a close encounter with all those rare exotic animals.
