No idea how good or bad this technology is! I couldn't stablish a proper communication with them in 4 weeks.
Hardly response to email, mobile number receives by different people in different time but useless.

Communication; I wish to give them no STAR at all.
Professionalism: really concerning.

Professional's who are thinking of using the system; think again. I give-up chasing set-up this system for me.

Extremely easy to deal with making a difficult process much easier to navigate.
Dr Bashir Al-Shakarchi was very thorough and respectful. Very quick response, producing the medical report very soon after my appointment and dealing with one query immediately.

The doctor was very polite and helpful.

Had my medical . There were a few issues with my report but after contacting there office i received a call from a very polite gentleman who dealt with the issues i am very satisfied .

I had a car accident recently and made a claim for whiplash injury. Mr Abbasi was amazing in his detailed and careful evaluation. He offered me very helpful advice and the medico legal report was reflective of my condition. I would recommend his services and vouch for him

Visited Dr S Latif 17-08-25 in Vale of Glamorgan offices - 5/5 stars easily rewarded.
He was generous with his time and listened to the facts regarding my health issue and within a matter of moments he diagnosed exactly what was wrong with me. His knowledge and expertise has given me huge peace of mind and I cannot rate him highly enough. We were welcomed by a lovely man, called Zak at the entrance whose greeting was also warm and friendly.

It was good experience.

I saw dr. Latif after a car accident that happened 3 years ago and he was absolutely fantastic. From the start, he made me feel completely at ease, super welcoming, kind and very easy to talk too. He had a great sense of humour and it was clear to see he cares about the patients he has. It’s not often you walk away from a medical appointment with a smile on your face but he left one. Couldn’t reccomend him more!

Further to my consultation with Dr Latif, this is the first time in a long time I have been impressed with a doctor. I found his manner to be extremely professional and reassuring and he actually listened to my concerns. I found the overall consultation to be a positive experience and it was good to be listened to after feeling ill for so many months and continuing to feel ill. I cannot praise Dr Latif enough. An excellent Doctor. I also have to admire the Young lad or reception who was taken at the time lot of flack from a lot of potential patients. He dealt with this in a very professional manner also. The lovely young lad handling reception was Zak. Overall, my experience was an extremely positive one. Thank you.

Dr. Shehzad Latif, was the doctor that my wife and I saw today, he was very professional and thorogh, he explained everything in great detail and was honest when telling you what you need to do to recover well
He also had a great sense of humour and was very approachable

The doctor i saw was very prompt, kind, and understanding. Very helpful, and didn't use a lot of jargon. He explained what would be taking place and the next steps to take.
