I send several messages but I never received my order and never had an answer…. After two months….

I ordered 2 products almost 3 weeks ago. We have a receipt but are unable to get hold of the company to find out where the poducts are. They aren't replying to the online chat function on their site or their email. Completely at a loss for what to do. There is no number to contact. It's really frustrating. I would not recommend ordering with them at the moment.

The build quality is excellent and a fair price for a relatively small piece of equipment. Some places want £600+ which is stupid. I've used it and it seems to work well. Only time will tell. I bought it because I think my weak tibialis is a muscle imbalance. I have one of those little tib trainers you hook your feet into. They cost £100 and they don't work because the gravity is not right when you're stretched out on a bench. I'd buy from here again.
One suggestion for an improvement is emails about the delivery should be quicker. I waited about a week and was getting worried.

Bought the powerlifting belt and am really pleased with the quality. It looks and feels insane.

I got the 20 and 30 degree squat ramps and they were only £40 each and they were fantastic quality that I’m sure will last a lifetime.

It has taken more than two weeks for the product to arrive since I have made the purchase from Spain, even so I am very satisfied with the product and with the customer service that have resolved my doubts in the fastest way. I will buy products on this page again.

At the peak of the pandemic last year, I started to work out at home but I was limited to dumbbells and body weight. Before my purchase all my questions were answered. I’ve been using my installation for a few weeks now and I can say I’m a happy customer.
