Pay monthly until you know it's the platform best suited to you
Currently i am emailing the company regarding them taking payments from me for 2 years when i haven't even used the product.
I paid for coaching and platform. This actually wasn't really suitable for me and had i understood that at the beginning i wouldn't have done the coaching. Anyway i take that on the nose even though it cost £3k. But what i don't agree with is that they have taken another 2 years of over £400 for the marvelous platform. The issue seems to be their lack of response but also the fact that i have been ignored over requesting a refund for repayments. I have emailed again so lets hope i have a good thing to say about the company soon. I run a small company and there is no way i would withhold money from people if they hadn't received a service or experience with me. It's a no brainer and extremely poor business etiquette.
*i wrote the above review a week ago giving them a chance to respond to my email again which they haven't hence the review. It's awful when you just feel conned
UPDATE - since writing the review i have been refunded this year's membership. I gave the company time before i wrote the above review but didn't want to threaten i would write one so i gave time then went ahead. I'm grateful now that Hey Marvelous have refunded me for at least this year.
Sadly, I never got to use the platform so i cannot comment personally on how good the platform is to use.
