using this company for quite a while until they sent my order incomplete
totally ignored my emails no contact event company

UPDATE: I did some digging, I believe the company was dissolved in 2025 and has been operating illegally since. I cannot confirm for sure without the proper authorities investigating but please proceed with extreme caution.

Paid for 14g, only received 3.5g - Their LiveChat isn't a LiveChat but a bot to nowhere. No phone number to contact them either. I tried sending an email, but received no confirmation that it had been received. From where I stand, this looks like a scam, and I will contact my bank tomorrow if I do not hear from them. Be careful if you want to buy from them....

Very fast delivery. You don't need to sign for delivery which is very helpful . Products match and decent size of buds

Have bought numerous times from highnsupply always gauranteed quality products and fast delivery times.

Poor quality product which is unusual for highnsupply. I order nearly every week. Normally high grade shizzle and next day delivery, it was cheap greenhouse though, so lesson learned. Hardly worth the effort to roll it! 5 stars every time usually, except this one and one other out of thirty plus orders.

Order marked dispatched 04/02/26 and 24hr Royal mail tracking number provided. Goods not received by me by 06/02/26 and tracking shows RM have still not received the package (now 16/02/26). I tried emailing and using the site chat (annoyingly unhelpful AI) for an explanation and an update multiple times, but am yet to get a response. Started a chargeback with my bank. I've had many previous orders that went fine, but this will be the last time I purchase from here. Unacceptable lack of customer service and no order received. Very poor.

Its a nice calm smooth smoke with no added chemicals which feels much cleaner & more natural.

I notice the effects from around the third puff, bringing a sense of balance & clarity rather than the overwhelming high.
