No difference I suspect a ploy to gather information about my website and me.

Nothing has changed On my website, Zero improvement. No increase in traffic.

Then I get two emails over two different days requesting more information.

First one because they didn't like it was five star.

Edit I have now got another email this morning saying my review is not genuine and been asked to submit proof. I can assure you everyone it is. I've submitted the proof, so not only does the company I dealt with are not able to handle critism. They will keep reporting you on the basis that they don't like that's a 1 star review.

Which to me is even more reason to leave a one star review. Critism is necessary to grow as a company, not reporting customers and asking for them to prove they are legitimate.

And yes we did what you asked.

Edit: Posting a honest review is not trashing someone's business, you do realise a review feature is for really good, good, bad and very hard or neutral. Then you report it as fake which instead as just made me even more annoyed about your company.

My company has gained nothing from your service and I do suspect it's information gathering. There is no wonder you have a two star overall rating.
