Ordered as a gift, arrived quickly and I was informed that it had arrived and sent a photo of the parcel outside the property.

Product itself needed to be exchanged but the team at HYTRO were all over it when the recipient organised for a change in size.

During lock down I have not trained nowhere near as much as I have wanted too. I do however have a few weights in the gym. Since wearing this top and using it in all my upper body workouts, I have felt the increased intensity at the same weight, but also a visible gain in muscle size. T-shirts which has started to become a little loose are now fitted again! BFR is a great concept, with lots of good research and evidence supporting its use for both training adaptation and recovery. Really looking forward to trying the lower body garments when they come out!

Great product better quality than expected,
I was a little hesitant to buy as quite expensive and my bfr bands do a decent enough job , but im glad i took the plunge, really good quality t shirt the bands are easy to adjust and give good levels of tightness, came great little package came, t shirt wraped in a nice presentation box a set of bands and some ON samples

This is an excellent piece of kit. I’ve utilised blood flow restriction in the past using straps & pumps which is fine when training in a private/club gym but are far from ideal when working out in a commercial gym. The Hytro shirt enables me to use BFR whenever and wherever without the need for external kit.
All in all, I’m very impressed. The shirt itself fits, feels, and looks great. I was unsure whether the design of the the BFR straps in the arms would be effective and robust to wear & tear, however having now worn it and used it I’m very impressed. The design without doubt works, and the manufacture quality is excellent.

I used blood flow restriction previously when competing in strongman to work around injuries. After retiring, I switched to combat sport and wanted to maintain muscle mass without lifting the same extreme loads, because I needed to reserve energy for sparring and training.

The fact Hytro combines BFR technology into high quality clothing is great, as I don’t have to carry any more kit than necessary but can still achieve all of the physical benefits of BFR. I can train hard as normal, then simply adjust the cuff to the right occlusion and use Hytro to stimulate and maintain the valuable muscle mass I need for an upcoming bout.

I’d hugely recommend the Genesis device to anyone looking to maximise their returns from resistance training. I found the technology easy to use and the clothing it’s built into is top quality in terms of looks and comfort!

Received by Hytro Genesis performance T- shirt before Christmas and have noticed outstanding results. The quality of the product simply as a training top is exceptional (let along with the BFR benefits). I use it on upper body days and have had sessions like never before. A real game changer for performance, growth and as a rehabilitation tool. Can't wait to see the next steps for Hytro!

I have been using Hytro’s BFR product for a couple of months now and I am very impressed with the comfort, ease of use, and the pump I get at the end of a session! The science behind the product is fascinating; it not only increases muscle size, strength, and endurance, but has wider benefits by accelerating recovery. Personally, I would highly recommend Hytro’s BFR product as it adds an extra dimension to your training – you wont regret getting your hands on it!

What a fantastic idea! The first time I saw BFR in action was S&C coaches tying wraps around the arms of professional athletes or general gym goers. The first thing that instantly sprung to mind was the insane ‘pump’ those users were experiencing. I then decided to have a read up and saw the incredible stats on BFR within the literature. Hytro is a fantastic idea, allowing people to efficiently apply BFR in a more comfortable and controlled manner versus previous conventional methods. The top is a great design in regards to appearance, breathability and comfort!

Fantastic service from start to finish from the team at Hytro. In terms of the top itself, they've perfectly engineered the quality, fit and materials - even down to the minor details.
It's better to think of the Hytro top as a training aid as well as a regular training top, as the benefits you get from using BFR through Hytro are second to none.
It's really a case of trying and believing for yourself, but I'm glad I made the decision to try out Hytro and I'm absolutely certain many more will follow!

This new product is something I’m proud to own. The material is great and very comfortable. I did not have much knowledge on BFR now I understand the great effects and I’m excited to use my new top.

The look, the feel, and especially the pump is incredible! Highly recommend sizing down for the best fit as the T-shirt’s are made with extra room to accommodate muscle growth as it promises you’ll get and you’ll undoubtedly achieve.

I had read a lot about blood flow restriction training and really wanted to give it a go. I used bands from the gym and found them extremely frustrating and cumbersome and in all honesty felt silly using them in the gym. I came across Hytro and decided to give them a go. The tops quality is superior to any other sports clothing that I have and the fit is great. The BFR incorporation makes it so much easier to use and to get the placement perfect on the arm. I have seen results 2 weeks and absolutely love BFR! 100% the future of weight training.
